This spacious and beautifully designed vacation home is perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to experience the best of lakefront living in the Finger Lakes region.
From the moment you arrive, you'll appreciate the peaceful, landscaped grounds and the inviting sounds of the lake just steps away. Inside, the great room is filled with natural light thanks to expansive lake-facing windows, creating a bright and welcoming space to gather. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee while taking in the views or unwinding with a glass of Finger Lakes wine at sunset, this room sets the tone for relaxation.
The open kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a large island with seating for five and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Share family-style dinners in the cozy dining area adjacent to the kitchen, or bring your fresh finds from the local farmer's market to create a delicious meal together.
The main floor includes a luxurious master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bath, complete with serene lake views. Downstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms and a full bath, plus a second fully equipped kitchen â perfect for larger groups or extended stays.
Step outside to enjoy your private shale beach and boathouse, where you can relax in the shade, swim, fish, or soak up the sun. The property features a boat lift, seasonal dock, and ample parking. Bring your dogs too â this home welcomes up to two pets.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
