Le L207 bénéficie d'un emplacement de choix au sein du Papakea Resort. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et de couchers de soleil nocturnes spectaculaires. Cet appartement et son emplacement correspondent en tous points à ce dont vous rêviez en venant à Maui. Ce deux-pièces (une chambre, une salle de bains) a été rénové et magnifiquement aménagé. Climatisation à système split dans le salon et la chambre, carrelage partout et une douche à l'italienne sur mesure récemment rénovée. Le Papakea Resort dispose de deux piscines face à l'océan, de gazebos, de greens de golf, d'un terrain de shuffleboard et d'étangs à carpes koï entourés de charmants jardins tropicaux. Profitez de votre lanai privé offrant une vue imprenable sur Molokai, observez la vie marine défiler sous vos yeux : vous serez aux premières loges pour admirer les tortues et les baleines à bosse pendant la saison des baleines, et vous terminerez votre journée en admirant le magnifique coucher de soleil de Maui.

Le Papakea Resort se trouve à quelques pas de restaurants, d’un excellent supermarché, d’un distributeur automatique de billets et d’un marché fermier. Great oceanfront view, good general setup. Very smooth checkin and the staff were very friendly. The main door wasn't sealed all the way, so bugs could sneak through and you could hear other guest's comings and goings. Had thankfully been treated for pests, but a few of the deceased bugs were around the condo.

I have stayed at this property 3 times now. All have been great. This condo was very well equipped including beach chairs and a couple of decent boogie boards. Check in time was 4pm, My flight got in at 10 AM. Host was very helpful in accommodating an early check in as the unit was vacant for over a week, it was ready to go.A couple of small issues came up..no ice cube trays, broken ceiling fan, and cable box went out (I think a power surge killed it after Lala). Host was very helpful in quickly getting the issues resolved.

Epic Realty was an epic failure in my opinion when I got there the freezer was stuck and wouldn't open I had nowhere to put my frozen food none of the clocks in the room or rooms worked my check-in time was at 4:00 even though no one stayed the night before and I could have checked in much earlier it was just a two-night stay when I got there at 4:00 there was somebody from epic Realty and she was there for an hour and a half fixing things bringing things in that was an hour and a half of my personal space being interrupted by a stranger and I was only staying there for two nights I paid the same amount of fees and cleaning services fees as somebody would pay for eight nights I believe those should have been reduced I was never able to use the freezer and there were no coffee filters we had to use paper towels on our last morning there they did drop off some coffee filters I believe that The Two Hosts involved do not live there they live like three time zones away so when it's 4:00 and you have a problem it's 8:00 their time on the East Coast or somewhere it would be really nice for them and for their customers if they had someone on the island with a little bit more Aloha to take care of their rentals

We are in fact locally based on the island, and we do have support available to assist guests when needed. Regarding your arrival, you did arrive prior to the designated 4:00 PM check-in time, and we clearly communicated that the property was not yet ready. Our team was actively preparing the unit to ensure it met our standards for your stay. The brief presence of our staff after check-in was part of completing final preparations and addressing items promptly so you could have a comfortable experience. This is not typical, but was done with the intention of resolving things quickly for you. We regret that certain items, like the freezer and coffee filters, did not meet expectations initially. When notified, we responded and delivered the missing items as soon as possible. Cleaning and service fees are standard per stay and are not based on the number of nights, as they reflect the full turnover and preparation required between guests. We truly value guest feedback and continuously work to improve. We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
