Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This bungalow is located in the heart of Avon, minutes from restaurants, shops and a grocery store. You will be just steps away from the beach access or a peaceful walking path. The newly renovated bungalow has 2 bedrooms and a very comfy queen size pullout sleeper sofa. Not only is there a peaceful screened in porch where you can rest and listen to waves, there is also a three tier deck! Enjoy the sunrises/set from the top tier!
Overall I would give this stay a 10/10. It was perfect for my girlfriend and I, very cozy too. The deck offered great viewing for sunrise or sunset and seeing the full moon from the top deck shine over the beach and ocean was pretty spectacular! I would come to this house again. Thank you!
From the listing, to the communication and finally, the house itself, left us all happy and excited that we chose to use this home over others.
The location is great. The size is perfect. We had 4 staying but our parents came in for a night and we all still had room. We cooked and the kitchen had all of what we needed to stay in. The easy access to the beach was a plus. The 3 story deck??? Loved it! Our kids enjoyed it to read and do yoga on, while we enjoyed sunrises, sunsets and stargazing on the top level.
If you are a small group, be sure to check out this house and know that the owners will ensure you have top level customer service!
We will stay there again if we go down again!
