Light, bright & clean, studio guest suite with private entrance and hot tub!

Our private guest suite is filled with natural light, a comfy queen bed and kitchenette. Ideal stay for a get away or just passing through town. Outside the suite you’ll find a covered patio space perfect for a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. To relax, take advantage of the 6-person hot tub and gas fire pit. The location is just 3 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Redmond Airport, 20 minutes to Smith Rock, 20 minutes to Bend, approx. 50 minutes to Mt Bachelor and Hoodoo.

The space
Our 'Suite Spot', guest suite, has a private, separate entrance. Inside our studio style suite, you’ll find a comfy, quality queen bed with high-end linen, mini kitchen, and full bathroom. We have designed this space to be a relaxing get-away so you won’t find a tv, alarm clock or other distractions. To further relax, you’ll find a new hot tub just outside the Suite Spot. Our Suite Spot is equipped with air conditioning, heat and wifi. Our beautiful patio is a shared space with the main house, however, we will not use the patio or hot tub during your stay to ensure your comfort.

Sleeping-
Comfy Queen bed with high-end cotton linen.

Bathroom-
Full bathroom. We provide towels, shampoo, and hairdryer.

Outside-
Patio with new hot tub, gas firepit, and view of Smith Rock.

Kitchen-
Mini kitchen includes place settings for 2, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle. We provide coffee, creamer and tea.
Guest access
Everything inside the studio is for guest use and is not shared. Our Suite spot has a separate entrance through a private walkway on the side of the main house. There is a designated parking space for 1 vehicle in the driveway and plenty of street parking. There is a shared backyard with the main house, however, we will not use the backyard during your stay. BBQer is available upon request.

Check In - Check Out:
Check in time is after 3:00PM unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 11:00AM. PLEASE inform us if your check in time will be earlier.
Other things to note
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - cigarettes or other smokables. Because we live on the property, we don't want to smell cigarette smoke and the danger of fire is very REAL here in Central Oregon, there is NO SMOKING allowed outdoors.

We have a VERY strict, no dog or cat policy. We take pride in providing a place for guests with pet allergies. In the event a dog or cat is brought in, we will charge a $250 cleaning fee.

We have a very friendly bulldog dog that may be spotted in the backyard from time to time. If you don’t care for dogs, we will make sure he is not in the backyard during your stay :) We will always do our best to clean the yard of dog debris.

No more than 2 adults. The kitchenette functions best for take-out, salads, sandwiches, microwaving of deli take-out and the sorts.

Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
