Storybook home is only 2 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 9 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the main floor and 1 bedroom upstairs. 1 King bed. Two bedrooms queen size bed. Over 2,200 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 3 steps to get into the home. Oak hardwood floors on the main level, fir hardwood floor upstairs. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store. We also have many additional houses downtown.

Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer the Storybook house. Having the ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 3 steps to get in the house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. All 3 bedrooms have queen sized beds. We also have a fan, pack n play, high chair and bed side rail to use.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair, and also some paper plates for you to use due to the lack of a dishwasher. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. You may watch TV in a heat/massage chair in the living room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is a smart TV in the upstairs bedroom and a DVD player.

In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.

I was told by a couple of people that the house looks like it came from a storybook thus the home name.

Our neighborhood is safe and convenient to St. Mary's Hospital.

You can hop on a free shuttle at St. Mary's hospital to Mayo buildings.

Please park in the driveway or you will get a parking ticket from the city of Rochester. Only permitted parking is allowed on the streets between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. All other times you may park on the street. This is due to the closeness of St. Mary's hospital. 2-3 vehicles could park in the driveway. The garage is not availabe for guest use.
