Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the villa. It was clean and even smelled clean when we checked in. We had plenty of towels and appreciated the soap, dish soap and toilet paper that was supplied. We were happy with the beds and furniture and all the storage space. Hubby said a recliner would be nice:) We had plenty of kitchen supplies as well. The only thing that we missed was the lanai. It would be nice to just have a couple of lawn chairs in the closet that could be used to sit outside and returned to the closet afterwards. Was very convenient for doing laundry in the apartment area. The only thing that I saw that needed a little extra attention was the inside bottom of the shower door-needed a good scrubbing.

Did have a problem with the master bedroom tv however! My stay was too short at only a week! Will have to remedy that for next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathrooms were not clean especially the bathtubs. We find roaches at night crawling in the master bedroom. Also there’s a leak behind the air conditioning closet. You might want to make a division to separate the air conditioner from the section to hang clothes in that closet.Also the kitchen is missing utensils such as spatula. A lot are broken. Some of the bowls and plates were dirty inside the cabinets.Another suggestion is to have another day for changing towels and bed sheets. It said Tuesdays and Thursdays but we entered on a Tuesday, and Thursday we were at the beach during the morning. The schedule for changing towels could be extended or flexible specially for families with children.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We opted for a larger rental this year closer to the beach and we were very pleased with our choice. We appreciated the rentals comfortable family room furniture, the stocked kitchen appliances, dishes and cooking options. I would say that I was disappointed in the master beds mattress. I do not think I had one good sleep on that bed in the two weeks we stayed which was upsetting. The twin beds in the second bedroom were very comfortable. The staff in the office and the ones riding around on the gold cart were wonderful to interact with and we had a very pleasant experience each time.

Just What We Needed

It felt like a home away from home. I'd say our only issues were that both showers had a bit of mold, the bedding was sparse, and we couldn't find a baking sheet for pizza. However, the office staff was great and provided extra sheets, etc. when we asked. Definitely would recommend.

A small check in/key issue was handled quickly and in a friendlymanner.Our unit was clean and had everything we needed.One thing that was a challenge was the lack of a more accessible path to to the beach. My only complaints with this villa would be that the master bedroom is extremely hot, my husband and I had to sleep with several fans on that we brought from home. The master bathroom is also outdated as well as all the TVs in the unit. Other than that, we had a great time.
