Cutest Vacation Rental

We had the best stay on Coffey Street. The townhouse was so cute and comfortable. If we find ourselves in Boise again, we will definitely rent it again. It’s centrally located in between downtown and Eagle. The house was super functional. We loved the balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We were able to park in the property. I have recommended this property to others too.

Nice place but there are some limitations

We had a nice stay at this property. It has good sized bedrooms and a very large main bathroom/closet. When you enter the front hallway you will find the main bedroom and bathroom. Climb a few stairs and you’ll reach the laundry room and second bedroom. Climb a couple more narrow flights of stairs and you’ll reach the kitchen, sitting area, and balcony. The lack of large hallways and multiple narrow steep staircases make this not an ideal stay for with smaller children or for someone with limited mobility. The kitchen is extremely limited when it comes to supplies for cooking (not even dish towels) so don’t plan to do much food preparation during your stay. There are small grassy areas outside which are nice if you bring your dog like we did. The location is within a 1-2 minute driving distance to a few fast food restaurants, but more food and retail options are at least a 5-10 minute drive across the river.

Host Cancelled Booking The Day of Our Stay

We never had a chance to stay at this property & it was a very frustrating experience. The night before we were to stay I realized that we never received information to access the property so I messaged the property manager & she did not respond. We started our 7+ hour drive to the destination the next morning. I called the property manager on our way regarding property access & she did not answer, I left her a message & she did not return my call or the message from the night before. I had to end up calling VRBO directly & they reached out to the property manager & she told them that she had people that were refusing to leave the unit. The property manager cancelled our stay around noon the day of our trip. VRBO was unable to find us another property due to this being a very busy sports weekend in the area with many state tournaments. The only property that VRBO could find to put us in was a motel in Boise that all of the reviews advised - Do Not Stay Here. We declined the stay at this motel & luckily, we were able to find some family to stay with for the weekend. After searching thru VRBO we found 2 other listings by this same property manager for other units in this same complex that had reviews in which the same scenario happened to them & their stay was cancelled the day of their trip as well. After our experience & finding the two other reviews I would not book this property again or any properties at this same location.
