This condo features all the best in a vacation location: a spacious living area with a large private balcony. Enjoy seating outside as you soak up the sunset or take in the view of the Emerald waves from the living area that offers comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming channels plus complimentary wifi that rounds our your entertainment experience. The adjoining kitchen is beautifully well equipped for full meals or simply whip up beach snacks to enjoy on the sand. We have all the small appliances needed including a traditional coffee pot, blender, and even a crock pot for the ultimate in making quick, delicious meals. Dining seating is ample between our table and bar seating. A full sized washer/dryer is available for your convenience.

In our master bedroom, you'll find a king bed plus a sizeable closet, plenty of clothing storage, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. Our second bedroom features a queen bed, two closets, smart TV, and access to the second bathroom which has a tub/shower combination. Rounding out the sleeping quarters for 8 is a full size bed in a nook of its own plus a sleeper sofa. We also include a few beach toys, a wagon, and games.

This condo will accommodate up to 6 adult guests and 2 children or 7 adults. The resort's minimum age to book is 25 years old (firm), and pets/ESA are not allowed. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $300 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Across the pedestrian bridge is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
