Guest Access:
Guests are welcomed to make themselves at home and enjoy full access to the entire villa, including the garage. The villa is designed with your convenience in mind, offering an abundance of storage space for your belongings.

Please note that a few cabinets in the garage, one cabinet in the kitchen, and a supply closet are reserved for owner's use and supplies.

Other Notes:
To enhance your stay, we offer optional pool heating at an additional cost, tailored to the duration of your visit. For extended stays over 28 days, the fee is $375/week, while shorter stays are $75/night. To add pool heating, please reach out after booking.

In adherence to city regulations (CCMC 5.96), we kindly remind guests of the following:
- Quiet Hours: From 10 pm to 8 am, ensuring a peaceful environment for all.
- Outdoor Music: Prohibited at all times to respect neighbors' tranquility.
- Indoor Music: Should not be audible beyond the property lines at any time.
- Occupancy & Vehicles: A maximum of 6 guests and 3 cars are permitted.
- Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

For stays under 30 nights, a 13% city tax will be added at booking, collected and remitted as per legal requirements.
