Couple things I would fix if it was my place would be, 1- to change the furniture outside because theyâre falling apart, 2- put blinds on the master bathroom so people canât watch you go to the bathroom and change out the blinds in the front bedroom for the are falling apart, 3- rotate, fresh, clean towels in there that are not stained, 4- Fix the refrigerator and put the shelves in it so we can use it, 5- put a binder in the house about the place, the appliances, and maybe the rules and clean up procedures. 6- have better communication with the people that are renting your place because my check in time was at 4pm and I couldnât get in till 6pm. 7- this is an important one, put in a water filtration system because the water in this area is not good. I would know I have a house in the same development. 8- you need to put a king or a queen size bed in the master bedroom and not twins. 9- put in some love into your place itâs there to make you money and quite honestly I wouldnât rent this place again and tone down on the scent itâs overwhelming. Do with this information what you will in the end you probably wonât change anything.
