This location was great! It is very close to the beach. The space is also set up very nice. I appreciated there being a full bathroom and an additional space to get ready. With two daughters this was wonderful. My advice would be not to rent a car or just rent one for the day because parking around here is a nightmare. My only complaint was there was no shampoo because it was listed as an amenity so I didn't bring any.

We had an amazing stay, the property is just steps from the beach. The owner and management company were incredibly helpful and communicative which made the check in process easy.

The property is right on the beach, while the view is not direct it's still visible which was amazing. The ACs keep up with the heat, though they do condense on the floor so keeping a towel underneath is handy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with enough dishware to make basic meals. The host provided extra sheets, pillows, towels (bath and beach), and beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas and a dolly which made beach visits easy. Initial building entry was challenging, as if the security guard is not there there is no way to get past the initial magnetic lock. A temporary code for the accessible entrance (which has a keypad) could be helpful. Host had a guest binder to answer basic questions which helped solve almost everything. Not a big deal, but it was slightly out of date: some recommended restaurants were closed, instructions were different, etc. Host was readily available to message at any time, though we didn't need much from them. Overall great stay!

We had a great trip. The room was as it was in the pictures. It was clean and had everything you need in the kitchen. It is easy to get to the beach from the property. The property is in walkable distance to many restaurants. The only down side to this property is there is no on site parking and it is not easy to find a spot on n the street.

Was exactly what is shown but even better loved ever minute of my vacation and staying at Dells. Thank for allowing me and my sister stay and have the best experience in Puerto Rico I will definitely be back here.

This condo was terrific!!! This was our second monthly stay there and it fully exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful condo with lots of space (approx 700 sq ft) and a separate BR with a full size living room,dining room, kitchen and bath. It was virtually across the street from the beach. We also had a beautiful ocean view from both the living room and the BR, The owner and the property mgt team were Fantastic! We hope to return there in the future. BTW, the condo's pool was perfect. We felt like we had a personal private pool!!

I really enjoyed my stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The host was super kind and easy to communicate with, which made the whole trip feel stress-free. The location was great—close to beach, shops and restaurants but still quiet enough to relax. It honestly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting!

The location was perfect

We came with our daughter for her 16th birthday and the location is amazing. Also the place had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs etc.

Everything was nice and clean. Also they had few item in the kitchen for breakfast and others. Beautiful beach front. The only thing i will change is the toilet the need to be updated. Also a tv. in the room will be a plus. Definitely i will love to rent again

The property is older but everything worked. Clean, good bed and a lot of beach stuff. LOCATION is amazing just walk out the builing sits in front of a nice beach.

Great Beach Condo!

This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!

Great apartment.

We totally loved staying there. What a great trip. Not fancy but it’s more than what you really need. And the location can’t be better. Best place to stay on the entire island is this location.
