Important Notes for Your Stay:
1. Monthly Maintenance: Temporary water interruptions occur every third Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

3. Lost Keys: A $100 replacement fee applies. Use the lockbox when leaving.
4. Towel Care: Keep towels stain-free; $15 will be charged per damaged towel.
5. Energy Efficiency: Close doors and windows when using A/C, and turn off lights when leaving.
6. Airport Noise: Occasionally, you may hear airplanes due to our close proximity.
7. Check-Out Policy: Unscheduled late check-outs incur a fee equal to one night’s stay.

Location was great, the host was very helpful with all my questions and recommendations requests, all the time. Pools is a plus and it s very close to the beach too! If you need the basics for a stay in Puerto Rico I recommend this apartment for sure!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations—the space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home.The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was thoughtfully put together to ensure a great experience. The location is awesome! My friend and I stayed for one week and it’s a great place for 2 people without spending a fortune. Walking distance to the beach and some good restaurants. (And next door to a casino!)Very secure building and parking lot. Having a balcony was definitely a bonus! Thank you Edward!

My husband and I stayed 5 days, the place was clean and safe. The small kitchen area was great for coffee and drinks throughout our stay. We enjoyed being close to all the restaurants and having the beach close by. The balcony was nice to sit out on. We rented a car and it was convenient to not have to pay for parking. Easy and quick communication with the host.

The property was clean, including the ceiling fans. The host was great. The parking is free for residents and visitors. The property is actually next to ESJ Towers and steps away from the fancy El San Juan Hotel and the also fancy Royal Sonesta. Close to convenience stores and pharmacies. A little bit of a walk to a wonderful beach. Be ready for lots of walking in and out of the beautiful ocean. It is a good sized beach so there is lots of room to walk. Uber is reliable. The studio is smartly decorated and put together so it feels like you are in an apartment. No mosquitoes in the balcony nor anywhere else. We didn’t lose power during my stay, but it is probably because the apartment is so close to two very important hotels. I loved the liberty to go anywhere I wanted. I could even walk to the hair salon. My dream was to stay in the vibrant Isla Verde Avenue and my dream came true without spending a fortune. Go to the lechonera and eat quesitos and coffee at Gelatto. This is all you need for a nice stay in Puerto Rico and buy field trips to the different landmarks. Bring eye masks so you can sleep in the dark. Bring sound blocking headphones. Take Uber to travel in the metro area. If you are a beach person, everything you need is right here. Renters BEWARE! (Rented 3/1-7 2026) Great location BUT...you are literally less than a 1/4 mile from the San Juan airport runway. Having said that, be prepared to deal with the roaring thunder of planes taking off from 5am to 8pm constantly! (It is an international airport) Furthermore, for some odd reason you only have hot water in the shower and NONE in the bathroom sink or kitchen sink, which I have never come across in a rental condo ever! There are only 2 pillows for the bed and they are old and somewhat matted. There are several details in the condo that are unfinished such as painting, staining, etc. There are 2 nice ceiling fans but dust from the condo is clinging to the ceiling around the fans. This is just a truthful explanation of what I just experiened. Now that I am home, I FINALLY got a decent night sleep due to no planes talking off! Other than that? a GREAT location!!!

Mom/Teen Daughter Trip

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, convenient location, walkable/central to many restaurants, convenience stores, the airport, and (of course!) the beach! Short uber ride into Old San Juan, and easily accessible by rental car to the eastern region, where we enjoyed a nighttime bioluminescent kayak tour in Fajardo. Our host, Edward, was on top of things and responded promptly to all messages. My teen daughter and I loved how relaxed it was, and she wants to be sure no one overlooks the Mexican restaurant right next to the property; coffee shop across the street; and the rooftop bar/restaurant (Zul) that recently opened down the street.

Absolute Gem!

Edward’s place was an absolute gem! The Studio was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel like our own cozy retreat. Edward was super helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was great too, so everything ran smoothly. The location was fantastic - right near the beach, swimming pool, and all the cool stuff Isla Verde has to offer. Everything was within walking distance, and we had a blast exploring the area and finding some amazing restaurants. Edward even provided beach towels and chairs for us to use, which was a nice touch. We felt totally safe and secure because the building is gated and has 24-hour security. And the best part? is a parking pass was included, which allowed us to rent a car. That meant my wife and I could explore even more of the beautiful island and visit family. We had an incredible time and would highly recommend Edward’s place to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.
