Idéalement situé au MM 75. 5 dans la belle Islamorad, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes des rampes de bateau, des bons restaurants, des plages, des magasins, de la pêche, de la plongée, de la plongée en apnée, du vélo, etc.

Nous fournissons des vélos, des kayaks et vous pouvez plonger directement depuis notre quai. Il y a des iguanes résidents dans nos mangroves et avec de la chance, vous verrez un lamantin ou un grand héron blanc. Les pélicans, les cormorans et les goélands sont courants. Nous avons une plage privée où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous détendre et des espaces extérieurs ombragés pour en profiter.

Nous offrons la télévision en streaming Xfinity en direct très dans le salon et la chambre et Netflix gratuit.

Key Largo est à moins d'une heure de route au nord et Key West à moins de 2 heures de route au sud. Nous avons deux villas au premier étage disponibles. Il y a une chambre Queen et nous fournissons un lit EZ ou Queen Aerobed pour l'installation dans le salon s'il y a 4 invités.

Outdoor paradise

The backyard was absolutely amazing! I spent almost every night watching the setting sun and hearing the crashing waves. Lots of creatures to see while snorkeling or just walking the dock. Central to almost everything the keys has to offer.

We had a wonderful time at Sue’s Promise, It had an excellent location central to nearby activities and restaurants. Hosts were kind and attentive and have lots of on property activities such as fishing rods and kayaks for family fun

Perfect location

Exactly as pictured on the posts. Our two grandsons snorkeled, kayaked and fished off the dock. We weren’t there a lot so the size was great. Would be repeat customers.

Amazing Views!

My husband and I rented the Bay Villa for a week in April. The unit was clean and comfortable, and the owners were easy to get ahold of if needed. The property is beautiful, and the views are to die for. We enjoyed snorkeling right off of the property and saw a nurse shark, different types of crabs, and lots of fish. We are already trying to book again for next year.

This is a beautiful property where you feel like you get away from it all. The snorkeling by the dock is amazing and the tiki hut is really nice for relaxing and getting a break from the sun.

The Garden Villa was great & as advertised. Very clean! Good location for traveling up & down the Keys. Beautiful sunset view from the dock. Charlie & Terry are very nice & informative. Would love to stay there again!

Lovely, peaceful property off the beaten path yet close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Sweep the winter cobwebs from your midwestern mind! Charming hosts, Florida Keys, blue skies and a cold beer, what's not to like?

Everything about this property is well done. It is beautiful and peaceful. The unit is well appointed and clean. Owners are very responsive and the location is great!! If you love Islamorada then you will be happy! I would not change a thing!!

Great Place

My family stayed here for our son's high school graduation trip. It was our first time visiting the Keys so we didn't know what to expect. This was a great place to stay! From the private dock we saw parrot fish, a moray eel, multiple nurse sharks, a puffer fish, two manatees, and a lot of other marine life. The sunsets were beautiful from the dock. Drinking morning coffee on the patio or in the Tiki hut will definitely get your day started off right. The villa was clean and met all of our expectations. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Perfect Keys Get Away!

This place was the perfect keys location. Not so far down that you spend the whole day driving but far enough to feel the keys vibe! The apartment itself was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable! We were told there was a ramp where we could launch our 22' boat two miles north of the property, but it turned out to be a beach ramp for jet skis or smaller boats. However, we kept driving to Fiesta Key where the campground let us use the ramp and store the trailer for a small fee. This worked out perfectly and we were very happy with the arrangement. There's a fantastic breeze that comes across the dock out back and the two lounge chairs were a great spot for a nap and star gazing with a glass of wine in the evenings! We will definitely be back this place truly was the perfect keys getaway!!

Sue’s Promise is a great place.

Great location we used this rental for a wedding and it was literally in middle of everything. You can kayak right off the back of the property and it’s a great for this purpose. Since we are avid kayakers we loved this option. The unit was the garden villa in the back and it is the smaller of the units but it’s lovely and it was clean. You can snorkel off right off the dock which is amazing to see all the sea life. We seen sand sharks, colorful fish and eels. The hammock was wonderful for star gazing and and afternoon naps. We fished from the dock which made our vacation really peaceful. We saw iguanas and smaller lizards and beautiful birds. This is an amazing piece of property which will take you away from everything the sunsets are amazing from the dock and the tiki hut was just adorable. We met the host and he was wonderful and helpful of where to go. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Bay side dream

Great location and so much to offer description doesn’t cover it all. We took our 23ft worldcat boat the dock and facilities are just amazing. Sunset heaven The patio and dock plus pier are just perfect kayaks , fishing gear and more, Hamock sand garden chair and sun beds just everything with a well kept yard with your own personal space and BBQ with gas and a spare when we stayed, BBQ was spotless clean . The apartment t was a good size, everything you need to cook Sunday lunch or thanksgiving dinner or just reheat the night before, full size dinning table and then two great sofas with a full tv entertainment and wifinetwork. Full size shower and bathroom with more room you can get all the kids in and yourself and it’s all one leval and safe Ample parking and close to a couple of great restraints , petrol station, raw bar , it’s got the lot and then 10 mins up the road you have the town center. ACU and fans in the rooms very effective. This place is a gem and very good value for money. We looked at this several times and never booked, so glad we did , top tip if your taking your boat , launch and store the trailer at Seabird marina, good value simple boat ramp with no drama and they sell bait only a 12 min boat drive and 8 mins in the car. Enjoy

We had high hopes

My husband and I had high hopes for This villa. It didn't take long for those hopes to be dashed. The communication from the beginning was lacking. A lot of unanswered questions. I take it that the owner is not a "people person". We moved forward. The day we were to check in we arrived late due to flight delay. Without the help of our GPS we would have been hard pressed to find the place. In fact it took us sometime looking around by foot with flashlights in the dark to locate our actual villa. No help from the owner on that one. When we got in the place was tidy but not clean by any means. There was a very strange moldy smell through out the house. The kitchen is infested with ants. Anything left on the counter was taken over within minutes. We found several cock roaches in the house. Which of course grossed me out. There is water damage on the ceilings and a lot of what appears to be unkept/ unfinished work in the villa. The wifi was "out" for days and the owner seemed very unmotivated to figure the problem out or attempt to fix it. During the middle of our stay someone had rented the villa next to ours (same owner) they threw a very loud and very late party. They were still yelling, cussing and laughing til the sun came up. It seemed like they were right outside the bedroom window. There is a lot of negative things to mention about this place. Some positives are the nice pier/ tiki hut that you can fish from and the bed was pretty comfortable. So if you are just looking for a bed to lay your head down and don't mind the price it's ok... We really expected more on so many levels. I would not recommend this place. To put my opinion in perspective this is the FIRST bad review I have ever written.

Nice but could be so much better

Charlie and Terry are the nicest people. As we walked up to the front door, they had a sign in the window congratulating us for our anniversary, and a bottle of champagne inside. Very thoughtful. They were out back on our arrival and showed us around the property. Breakfast every morning under the hut on the dock was amazing. Watching the iguanas run around was cool to see. Of course, the view is incredible and the kayaks on site were awesome to use. Upon first glance the condo is fantastic. However, every day, for the first 4 days we were there, we found a cockroach, a couple were dead, a couple were alive, one running down the wall in the kitchen. When this was brought up, Charlie and Terry both responded quickly and asked for our patience as these bugs are considered a perpetual problem in the Keys. They did have an exterminator come out right away and spray. If you look too close at anything though, you see the care and maintenance just has not been kept up. Just happened to drop something on the floor by the couch. Underneath was filthy. Dustbunnies and sand. Some fixtures were rusted. The toilet paper holder was pitted and rusting. The mirror in the bathroom was supported by a cup wedged between the mirror and the wall. Take the cup out, mirror angles down really far. Couldn't use the bin in the freezer for extra ice due to the yellow gunk in it. Outside of fridge was just dirty. Top had a layer of dust and the rest looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The dock out back is nice but the only way in or out of the water is a set of mossy, rock steps. A ladder attached to the wooden dock, like every other property around there, would be a good addition. Also, some shade by umbrella for the sand portion of the property would be welcome as well. I really wish I could give the place 5 stars but I just can't. It has so much potential but doesn't live up to it.
