Perfect for our Family

I couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for our family - the little ones enjoyed the playroom and all the open space to play. It was/is just a perfect spot for young families.

Great stay at a great place!

My family and I really enjoyed the hospitality of the homeowners. The home was clean and as advertised. It is great for families with an awesome backyard for kids! We highly recommend this home and would stay there again.

We loved this property for a company trip; it's difficult to find listings to house a large number of people, and this one fit the bill. The host was communicative and everything went smoothly!

Great home away from home!

Beautiful home and backyard! We had 2 families (10 total) staying here! Plenty of beds for all of us! Our kids loved playing in the backyard and loved the zipline! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out! Great place to stay!

Spacious home

We came for a dance competition in Idaho Falls. Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was very well supplied. Home is comfortable and spacious. Conveniently located for us - it was a straight shot from the house to the Idaho Falls Civic Auditorium where the dance competition was held.

Great place, close to everything

This place worked so well for us and our adult married children, my 92-yr old mother and single sister (8 adults) and our 18-month old grandbaby—she was in heaven with the toy room and so many kids books! Really nice area and beautiful, comfortable home. Never felt crowded even with all us there at the same time. Home was very clean with plenty of towels and other amenities. It was easy communication with owner and easy check-in/check out with keyless entry. Bonus was the Lindor Chocolates left on each bed! Highly recommend.

It's a super cute house with a lot of things for your children to do. We did run out of garbage bags toilet paper and coffee the second day. And the neighbors are not so friendly.

Hi Morgan, I'm glad that for the most part, you enjoyed your stay. I do wish that you would have let me know about the supplies! We have extras in the closet that we could have pointed you in the direction of:) Apologies for the neighbors, they are generally very kind but I am told that the surplus of cars parked in the street was a frustrating development for them. This is why our instructions are to park in the large driveway. I hope you understand. In any event, come again and we'll see if we can make it a 5-star experience next time!

A true delight!

This home is gorgeous through and through! Not only is it spacious and beautiful but there are so many extras. If you are bringing a baby or toddler, everything you need is provided, from high chair, crib, toddler bed and potty seat and lots of toys to keep them entertained. My grandson enjoyed the playground out back and the big beautiful backyard while my adult kids enjoyed the basketball hoop out front and the large screen TV with game systems downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Justin was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This is a home we highly recommend and if we’re ever in the Idaho Falls area we wouldn’t hesitate renting again.

Sufficient

Overall, it was ok. It was mostly clean and the location felt very safe. There was a shortage of towels but it was ok we just had to run several loads. It smelled a little musty and the trash can outside was over half full when we arrived and smelled very bad during our stay. Wasn’t a deal breaker though. Part of the draw to the house was the backyard, which showed a playhouse and zip line in the pictures. So it was disappointing when we saw the zip line wasn’t there. And truthfully the playhouse was very old snd rickety and we didn’t feel it was safe for our kids to play on. We probably would have booked another property if we knew both of those things weren’t useable. There was only 1 thermostat upstairs so it was very hard to balance the temperature. To keep it cool upstairs meant that people downstairs were freezing. The oddest thing though was a few people had crazy allergies in the house, particularly my young son who woke up every night crying besides he was so stuffy. We had no issues outside of the house so there was clearly something inside several of us were allergic to. Overall, it was just ok and met our basic needs but the price was insanely high for what it had to offer and the issues we experienced.

Thank you for your review! I am sorry for these frustrations - I wish you would have reached out during your stay as several of these things would have been addressable! 1) we have a surplus of towels is one of the closets for guest use 2) we removed the zip line to reduce liability - it was never advertised in our listing but it had been a popular surprise item from past guests and many had spoken positively about it in their reviews, which is probably where you got the idea that it was a feature. If this was a selling point to you, it would have been justified to ask if it was there as it is not advertised in the listing 3) I am sorry to hear about the stuffy kids. Not sure what that would have been - no pets here!! 4) The outside garbage can was half full, but keep in mind you started your stay halfway through the week In any event, I am glad it was sufficient, but wish it would have been more than that by you contacting us. Also - we discovered the next day our hammock was absolutely destroyed. We had chalked it up to benefit of the doubt “things happen”. However, this review makes me wonder otherwise
