House was clean, loved the location and quiet neighborhood. Loved the toys and games provided, plenty of sleeping places with lots of household items available to use. Was a bit cluttered and could do with less decoration and extra pillows. Overall would stay there again and would recommend it.

This house was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the covered back porch and we found all the dishes we needed for cooking. Wonderful that there was a pack n play and toys for kids! The table was a bit sticky and the baseboards dusty when we got there, but nothing a quick wipe couldn't fix. We would stay again.

Relaxing Retreat

Wonderful property in a great area and met all of our needs! Loaded with everything you may need or may have forgotten, fabulous yard, close to shops and a quiet neighborhood. Appreciate it being dog friendly and we hope we left it better than we arrived our host was lovely. will certainly book again when in town!

Idaho Falls family trip

The property is beautiful inside and out. The full kitchen has everything we needed to cook for our family and guests. We really enjoyed the game room and the fire pit. Plenty of room for everyone to gather or spend some quiet time alone. Lots of interesting local attractions and the Saturday Farmer's market was awesome

Great Family Stay

We loved this space for our Idaho Falls stay! The location was great to get to and from all of our activities. The house was fully stocked and had everything we could need and more. The kitchen worked great for us as we all cooked and ate in a lot. The porch and patio were used daily, morning, noon, and night! The kids and the dogs loved the yard. We’d stay here again for sure!

Great place!

The house is well stocked and very well labeled so things are easy to find. The location is very central and makes it easy to get anywhere in Idaho falls, or even get out of town if you want. Very accommodating to large groups. My family has young kids and there were lots of kids toys that kept them happy and entertained during our stay. The house was clean and very homey. We loved it. FYI, Most of the beds are on the hard side. They felt like maybe purple mattresses or some kind of memory foam. But we loved it and will definitely stay again! Communication was prompt and helpful if we needed anything

Cozy house with a lot of updates

There were so many books and games for my family to read and play during our stay. My kids also liked the little play house in the back yard. I could tell the kitchen had new appliances, counters, floors, etc. and was stocked with all of the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. And it's located on a quiet street.

House was equipped with everything we needed. Unfortunately it was clearly not cleaned between last use and our arrival. Owner was really great, very attentive and responsive. Property management company was slow to respond.

Hi Christine, I checked in with my cleaner, and she had a new team member helping during your stay. The house was cleaned, but a couple of things were missed. We’ve addressed it to make sure it doesn’t happen going forward.

Cozy and comfortable!

I love the yard available! Having a firepit, a grill, and plenty of seating really helped enjoy my time! The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was more than enough room to sleep more people if we had brought them along. Water pressure was great, no shortage of hot water, and both showers were super relaxing and enjoyable!I loved having the kitchen stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, everything needed to cook whatever you want!The entertainment system was great! The sound bar really helped enhance the experience and was super easy to use. It provided a great experience when watching movies together. Thanks for providing such a great home for us to be able to rent for the weekend! It made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Charming Home

The best thing about this house is that it caters to all ages. I brought my mother, my 21-month old daughter and myself and the house had something for each of us. It was nice to not have to pack a pack n play or high chair. There were many books that I read to my daughter and even a cute little rocking chair that she was obsessed with. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but it was comfortable and everything worked. The heating system is weird, but the owner gave specific instructions on using it that helped. This house is in a great location and a quick drive to just about anywhere you want to go.

Family with young children beware of grumpy neighbor!

Our family of 14 rented for 3 nights. On the third day we were told a neighbor complained about children playing too loud and the "party" on the first 2 nights. Apparently talking, laughing and playing board games after 9pm outside is considered a "loud party". On the third and last night the owner called me at 11:30 PM, waking me up, demanding the "party" be moved inside, the neighbor complained a 3rd night and threatened to call the police. There was NO party! Four people were sitting around the fire pit. They saw a neighbor with a light watching them through the fence. That's creepy! I learned the police were actually called that night but saw no disturbance, of course, so they did not contact us.We were there July 14-17 and chose that house for the big covered deck to enjoy the cool evening air. Additionally, 6 piles of dog poop had to be picked up when we arrived.The grill was filthy. Propane was to be provided but was empty and the garbage was overflowing.The stove top cooking skillets are too small, second hand quality and need to be replaced. There is more to share, but I am done. I will say the family enjoyed the zoo and the potato museum. Have fun!

We want all of our guests to enjoy their time while also being respectful of the neighborhood. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and we ask all guests to keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. I reached out on the third night after my neighbor let me know he was considering calling the police due to late-night noise the previous two evenings.-The police were contacted by a neighbor, but by the time they arrived, the situation had settled. I had already called to ask that things be moved inside to avoid further disruption.-I’m sorry the previous guest didn’t pick up after their dog. I’ve spoken to the cleaning team to ensure they check more carefully moving forward, including the grill.-The propane tank has been refilled, and I’m reviewing the cookware to make sure it better suits larger groups like yours.Thanks for sharing your experience—it helps us improve the home for future guests.
