Randonnée, vélo, Golf, Ski, Snowboard, Sundance - Relax!

Notre chalet de montagne est l'endroit idéal pour de belles vues sur la montagne et air de la montagne dans un cadre agréable, relaxant et privé. Notre maison est dans un endroit idéal pour profiter d'une journée de randonnée, le vélo, le golf ou la pêche en été et en automne, et le ski au Park City Mountain Resort, les Canyons, Deer Valley ou en hiver. Seulement 15 minutes de la vieille ville de Park City. Ou conduire 40 minutes vers le bas pour Salt Lake skier Snowbird, Solitude, Alta ou Brighton. Notre maison est située sur un cul-de-sac calme - idéal pour les groupes et les familles avec enfants qui aiment jouer à l'extérieur. Si vous voulez juste vous détendre, lire un bon livre et faire tremper dans le bain à remous, même pas besoin de quitter le confort de la maison. Connexion Internet sans fil est également disponible si vous avez besoin de suivre le travail.

La maison a été rénovée en 2003 et nous avons fait de nombreuses améliorations récentes. Premier équipement sur la liste est le bain à remous sept personnes pour un bain tout moment de l'année. Vous pourrez également profiter d'une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable et un dessus de cuisinier de l'île de gaz. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour ne importe quel type de repas. Planchers de bois franc dans les chambres et les planchers d'ardoise dans le reste de la maison. La maison dispose de quatre chambres pouvant accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Deux chambres ont reines, une chambre a un plein et l'autre chambre avec deux lits simples. Si vous avez plus de huit, nous ne avons deux canapés très confortables et matelas pneumatiques. Tous les draps sont inclus. Deux chambres ont la télévision par câble. La grande salle a un 40 'HD TV à écran plat.

La campagne environnante offre Summit County beauté splendide, sites historiques, et amusant pour toute la famille. Notre chalet de montagne est un endroit idéal pour rafraîchir votre esprit, le corps et l'esprit ... toute saison de l'année. Les étés sont encore plus belle que les hivers! Vous pouvez même voir l'orignal locale qui visitent occasionnellement dans notre arrière-cour.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time at the Park City Mountain Chalet. The house was perfect! It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owner Genny was very accommodating and provided all the information we needed for a great stay. We were traveling with two young kids and the house was well equipped with toys and gear. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great home close to most everything in Park City area

We really enjoyed our stay at Genny's home. About 15-20 minutes from downtown Park City, 45 minutes to Solitude or Alta. Our family of 4 felt right at home. All the amenities you need and Genny was very helpful communicating with us during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough

Place had it all, and the location was amazing. The view every day will take your breath away. We had an unbelievable amount of snow when we came. Like dummies we didn't rent a 4×4 and sided with the minivan. The snow crews cleaned the roads in, so well, it didn't even matter. Our trip was a couples trip with 3 couples but this place easily could have housed 4 couples. The indoor conditioned nook for ski equipment was super convenient. If you can book this place then swipe the card, It's worth it.

Great place

Great place to stay with our dog and child. Made most of our meals there, sat in the hot tub and enjoyed the solitude of being just a tad bit outside of Park City, all the while being able to run down there for all of our adventures.

Our family really enjoyed this house. It has everything you can need in a vacation house.

Excellent attention from the owner. Helpful and quick. The house is conveniently situated so you can get to the ski resort or the shopping area just in minutes. We loved the house. Confortable, nice and clean house. I will recommend it without doubt.

Awesome home just as advertized

Great location in the mountains but very close to the highway ideally located between SLC and Park City. Very close to the snow tubing park. We loved the house and the hot tub... everything was just as described. We had a blast and highly recommend this place!

The home was amazing, the home owner was incredible, and everyone was happy with everything over all

Talk about an amazing experience. Everything about it was great. The owner was super accommodating, very easy to get a hold of, helpful throughout each step of the process. I would definitely recommend this to people considering staying here.

Great location and a beautiful house with a hot tub to help with sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Genny was quick and responsive on emails, and the property manager was outstanding, clearing the driveway multiple times on our stay and having the house ready for us on arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and furnishings were great, and the owner was very accommodating regarding our requests for a family/friends get together. We were not there for any winter activities, which was good, as it was warm for mid-February. We plan to rent this house again in the near future.

Absolutely Wonderful!

What an amazing, memorable, week with family. St. Moritz Mountain Chalet just made our Christmas that much more memorable and homey. The home was relaxing, warm and easy to use. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could want or need. Plenty of towels and linens for all of the rooms. The holiday was snowy so the driveway was a bit of a challenge for my daughter's 91 Honda accord so we recommend making sure you have the appropriate vehicle for the weather. Also, I would make sure to arrive in the daylight as it was hard to find the house in the dark. We were just 15 min. away from Park City and the ski resort and what fun it was to browse through the shops. It was the perfect location for everyone from my 80 year old parents to my 21 year old daughter. Owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you!

At home in the mountains

What a great place to stay! Summit Park is a hidden gem -- a secluded neighborhood tucked into a rugged mountain with towering pines, but still just minutes from all that Park City has to offer. A true escape. No traffic. No noise. Deer, moose, and little white rabbits to be spotted. The home has charming cabin appeal and comes with everything we could need, making it easy to settle in and relax. Well-stocked, modern kitchen, outdoor grill, great hot tub, steam shower, soaker tub, really comfortable living room, games, and kid supplies (coloring, books, safety items - anything you can think of). It's an inviting home, not a sterile rental unit, and we all felt immediately at home there. Even our dogs were welcome. Such a calm, quiet get away. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds. Can't say enough about the beauty of the setting, the peaceful quiet, the lovely hiking trails. A lovely owner too. Highly recommend this place!

Nice, quiet neighborhood close to all amenities

This house is located on a nice, quiet street where the occasional moose strolls through the back yard. It is close to great hiking trails and all the amenities. The kitchen is well supplied with everything needed for cooking. The only thing I think would make this house more desirable is more TV channels and more deck furniture for enjoying the view from the ample deck.

Off-Season Stay

My family and I stayed at St. Moritz in May. Although it was the 'off season' we did get some snowfall during our stay. The house was lovely and the views were incredible. The hot tub had a great view of the valley and the secluded location made it quiet and peaceful. The neighbor who is available to answer questions was helpful and friendly. The house was also very neat and clean and orderly. I would suggest this location for anyone who wants a relaxing time in a peaceful area.

The Weldons

This is a wonderful spot with a beautiful view. Lots of birds and other wildlife visible. I hear there are moose around but did not see one. The skiiing is a big attraction (cross country as well as downhill) and you're right up the road a few miles to the Olympic site. The snow was very deep when we got there which made everything beautiful for Christmas. The hot tub was a very nice thing to have to take the chill off the air. Very nice accomodations and well equipped including music and movies. Good, clean, comfortable and serviceable place.

Great Place For Families

This place was nestled in a nice community near the resorts. We had a ton of snow when we got there and got another 6-8" that night. The rooms were comfortable and ample. It was nice to be able to take ski clothes and boots off in the garage. We had to coordinate showers so there would be hot water for everyone. The hot tub was under snow, but someone came and dug it out and we were able to use it. The snow was plowed out of the driveway which was nice. The kitchen was nicely decorated and ample. I would suggest putting some child friendly cups and plates also. I have clumsy children. We took the owner's suggestion and went snowmobiling with Recreation Ventures about 30 minutes away. It was so-o worth it. Most of the other places I researched were closer, but spent a good deal of time just letting snowmobilers play around at the base in a pasture. Our guide from Recreation gave us a 5 min. instruction and immediately we were on a path through the Uinta Mountains. There were other people there but we once we were on a trail, we hardly saw anyone. We got to play around in a meadow higher up in the mountains and got to take a great tour of the area. The view was incredible. I recommend you bring snacks and drinks and some hand warmers for the passengers. They were very affordable and I felt a 2 hr. tour was more than sufficient with children. You can't beat the price, just tip your guide generously ($15-$20 per ski). We skiied at the Canyons. We used liftopia for lift tickets. It was cheaper than buying at the resort. I wish I would have bought a 2 day from the Canyons and then maybe a day ticket from Park so we could mix it up. It was great, and I do wish there were more green runs. We are beginner skiers and snowboarders and we wanted somewhere not as crowded as Park City. The restuarants on the slopes were alittle pricey, but that is not unusual. People brought their own food and drinks. There is a Walmart before you get to the Canyons. We bought groceries and misc. items there. The house is really about 10 min. away. We used Aloha for our rental needs. They offered overnight equip. storage and discounts on their website. They are a little bit of a walk to the lift. They did give good service. The Canyons have lockers for $5/day and we used them. We went sledding at the Mountain Dell Golf Course. We bought sleds from Walmart and the place was free. Your can cross country ski. Great trip overall. Wish we had more time.

Great Vacation Home

This is a wonderful home for a nice mountain getaway. It is convenient to everything - 35 minutes from Salt Lake City airport, 5 minutes from a grocery store, 10 minutes to The Canyons, 15 minutes to Park City. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood, so you can really feel like you're getting away if you want to. The house is great - lots of space for families, and the owner was kind enough to let us use their kids' toys and other gear, which was a huge help for our 1 year old. Beautiful views from the house and the patio, including the great hot tub. The local property managers are also great, they were always readily available and even showed up at the house when the power went out before we even had a chance to call them! Would highly recommend this house to anyone!

I volunteered for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah and fell in love with the area. I purchased the house and completely gutted and renovated it. Now we want to share our little mountain escape with others when we are not there to enjoy it.

Summit Park is a small neighborhood full of locals, not out of town skiers and renters. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Some of the unique benefits of this house are the great views and the privacy. We love the location of this house because it's in a bit more remote than the busy Old Town Park City area. We almost always see a moose in the neighborhood when we visit. We also love the fact that the main part of the house is all on one level. We have some great hiking and biking trails we use in the neighborhood and we don't have to even drive anywhere.
