Welcome to our brand NEW 2 beds apartment, renovated early 2023, located in one of the best neighborhoods in St Pete. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the 2 unit apartment building and just 0.4 miles from St. Anthony's Hospital and 1. 5 miles from Downtown St. Pete. We are so proud of the work that we did with this unit! Everything in this apartment is new. We installed high quality kitchen appliances, invested in premium bed mattresses, and added unique decor to make you feel cozy just like home!

Just added washer/dryer combo machine fall 2023!

The best things about this stay were the hosts—wonderful communicators and did everything to make this stay an success—and the location—prime for us!The decor on the top floor is cute and it’s got all the amenities. Great internet. Smart TVs.When I mentioned that the light over the stove went out and a lamp wasn’t working, they fixed it right away. They also accommodated a noon checkout. A couple of things worth mention though, the entry is difficult for more than one person to negotiate, or if you’re carrying groceries. The dishwasher opens less than halfway because the door hits the fridge. The entry carpet is weirdly stained and may be part of the odor when you enter (a smell that dissipates once you’re in the space). It’s also tucked between a couple of alleys, so if you rely on Ubers or deliveries it could be a challenge. The frayed rug I saw mentioned in another review as a trip hazard is still there. Bonus, it did have a washer/dryer (single unit)!We are very appreciative of our time there.

This place was perfect for my three week stay! It had everything I needed and was in a safe area. It is also a short drive to the nightlife. I would definitely go back if I find myself staying in st Pete again!

Very nice cozy apartment in a great neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. Close to everything in St. Pete. Owners are very quick to respond to questions. Very clean and comfortable. Street parking was readily available on the street which required a short walk from the alley where the entrance to the apartment is located - except for when a block party closed the street in front of the house. Overall, this was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Weekend in St Pete

Property was exactly as listed- clean and comfortable- easy location for downtown activites and restaurants. Bed was comfy and shower was clean- home owner provided toilteries and blow dryer- only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror and only one bedroom has a wall unit AC, we didnt need the other bed room so it was fine. Living room ac unit does keep apt cold and comfortable but we did end up purchasing a small fan from Publix for extra comfort- would stay again-

KITCHEN
The kitchen area was fully renovated with brand new appliances: oven, microwave, stovetop, large refrigerator with a spacious freezer, farmhouse style sink, and a dishwasher. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with any cooking basics, toaster, Ninja Mega Kitchen System, Hamilton Beach coffee maker, and hot water kettle.

The kitchen has a round table that can seat 4.

LIVING ROOM
The living room in this unit is cozy and spacious. Enjoy HD TV while relaxing on a sofa.

BEDROOM 1
We have a king bed in this room which has a premium memory foam mattress. The built-in closet has extra sheets and blankets.
A desk is available in this room in case you want to have a quiet private workspace. HD TV is for a few pre-bed episodes of your favorite Netflix shows.

BEDROOM 2
This bedroom has a queen bed with a premium memory foam mattress. Built in closet contains extra sheets and blankets.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a brand new bath, toilet, and a sink. A hair dryer can be found under the sink.

HALLWAY CLOSET
Extra bath towels and beach towels can be found in the hallway closet.

A vacuum, iron and an iron board are available in the unit.
You'll have access to the unit, stairs to the unit, and the utility closet located at the bottom of the stairs. You are not allowed to enter the properties of the house.

Extra blankets, bed linen and towels are available in the unit. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, we also have 2 beach towels available in the unit. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies. If you need to buy anything extra, there are plenty of grocery stores in this area.
