Each bedroom has a spacious and comfortable bed with cozy linens that will put you to sleep faster than the sound of the ocean. The capacious kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make you feel at home, with new stainless-steel appliances and beautiful marble countertops. Cape Canaveral is perfectly located just east of Merritt Island, separated by the Banana River and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Don’t forget to visit the Indian River Lagoon which is North America’s most diverse estuary with thousands of species of plants and animals and the perfect day trip for wildlife sightseeing. You can enjoy the best of both worlds and all Florida has to offer on the river and in the ocean. With just a short 10-mile trip south, you can follow world champion surfer Kelly Slater to world famous beaches and enjoy downtown Cocoa Beach with quaint restaurants, live music and bars located right on the beach. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.
