Unique downtown Fruita apartment with bike storage!
Welcome to downtown Fruita's Mojoe Inn! The "Zippety Do Dah" apartment is the perfect location to experience this Western Colorado community rich in outdoor adventure. Once the White House Hotel in the early 1900's, this historic spot has been renovated into apartments specifically for modern guests. Main-level private entry and luxury finishes await just steps from Fruita's main street favorites like Hot Tomato Pizza, local breweries and coffee shops; and minutes from world-class mountain biking trails! This apartment features a king bed, a full kitchen, and generous space for a couple or a small family (living room does have a sofa sleeper). It is main floor with outdoor private entrance and does has an apartment above it, so some noise may be heard in the building.
We had a great stay! Cute apartments in walking vicinity to so many things in town. We had a small hiccup at check-in. Caitlin took care of it right away.Would certainly stay here again!
We stayed for 2 nights for a mountain biking trip and had a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable with a nicely updated kitchen and plenty of parking. AC worked perfectly, and we really appreciated that they accommodated our dogs. Great locationâjust a block from downtown Fruita. Would definitely stay again.
This was our second time staying here. It was just as clean, bright, and comfortable as the first time 2 years ago. We both love the kitchen, the spacious living room, and the comfortable bed.
This was a perfect place for my spouse and me to stay. Immaculate, roomy, nicely decorated, a well stocked kitchen and in a great location. I'd definitely stay there again.
One of the reasons I chose this property is because many reviews stated it was clean and those reviews were all spot on! It was super hot and thankfully the air-conditioning worked great. Surprisingly, there is not a closet or a full length mirror, but that may not be a drawback for other guests. Will likely stay there again.
We had a fantastic time staying here. Downtown Fruita was 1 block away along with a couple of nice restaurants and the local City Market grocery store. Quick access on/off I70 and Grand Junction is less than 10 minutes away.
Apartment had everything we needed and WiFi was fantastic. Host was super friendly and made sure our stay was exceptional. Highly recommended!
Apparently there may be multiple units available. Great location convenient to the Hwy., Colorado National Monument, and the rest of Gran Junction and Palisade.
I gave it 5 stars and would stay again, but here are the negative things to know. You will sink into the couch. Visio TV so it may take a few minutes to figure out its operation. Bed is firm. Wife loved, but I'm a plush guy. Bedroom HVAC unit makes a little noise. But #1 negative is the back wall of the bedroom is thin. We could here the people in the unit behind us. Ultimately everyone will go asleep, but I do recommend to the owners to add a floating wall with sound proofing. For a few hundred dollars it would make this place close to perfect.
What you'll LOVE. Refrig. was cooled. Ready for leftovers and to freeze some bottles of water we had for the cooler. It is a big TV. On the ground floor. Mesmerizing countertop. #1 ... Great water pressure and temp control in the shower..
Great location a couple blocks from restaurants and grocery store. Decently equipped kitchen, clean, well maintained. Secure garage bike storage and repair stand tops it off!
We absolutely loved this apartment. Extremely clean and loved the creative kitchen. Great location next to lots of places to walk, shop, eat and close to the National Monument. Super beautiful during the fall season with all the changing colors. Canât wait to come back!
