The property is new, well-priced, and in a great location within the resort. Communication was polite and responsiveâseems like itâs managed by a company rather than an individual host, and they appeared to be doing their job.That said, there were quite a few issues during our stay:1.Resort Entry: Our names werenât added to the resortâs guest list, so we were denied entry on arrival. I had to call the emergency line to get added and then wait in a 30-minute car line again just to get in.2.Pool Heat and Cleaning: We paid for pool heat, but it wasnât turned on until the end of the second day. The pool wasnât cleaned until then eitherâthere was a bottle cap and debris sitting at the bottom until cleaners finally came.3.Maintenance Issues: Several things were broken when we arrivedâcurtain rods, a towel holder, and one of the lounge chairs. Nothing major, but Iâd expect that sort of stuff to be repaired between guests.4.AC Problems: The AC on the lower floor wasnât working all week. We had it set to 72, but it stayed around 76â78. Two repairmen showed up on day two (without us requesting them), which tells me the issue was known beforehandâbut it still wasnât resolved.5.Pest Control: We came across around 10â15 small roaches over the course of the week, mostly on the main floor near the fridge and dishwasher. Not overwhelming, but definitely not ideal.If the company addresses these issues, Iâd consider staying againâthe house itself has potential, and the locat
