Check-in easy. Great kitchen, well stocked.Town within walking distance of home. 30-40 minutes from lake, gorge, city. Plenty of room for 6 teenagers, myself, and 2 dogs. Highly recommend for vacation and will stay there again
The property was great for all 12 of us, infants to adults. Great location to all the Red River Gorge Geological Area. The hosts were above and beyond nice and took care of anything we needed. I highly recommend this house.
Overall, great stay! The only thing I would add are outdoor chairs around the firepit. Overall though, very happy with accommodations. Quick response to messages. Would stay again.
We celebrated our daughter turning three as well as our wedding in red river gorge this weekend. We enjoyed our stay as it had plenty of space and a great yard for the children to run around and play. We were please that we had everything we needed, from the washer and dryer to the shampoo and conditioners supplied. Really enjoyed this place and hope to come back another time!
There was more than enough room for our family and the extra long table was great for playing games. We would suggest eating at the Cornbread Cafe. Justin was quick to answer all questions we had and was very helpful with our trip arrangements.
I came with 4 friends for a Bible Study group retreat. The home was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit after a day of hiking. You will need to bring your own chairs and wood if you intend to sit around the fire pit.
The house was like staying at your grandparentâs house but somewhat updatedâvery homey. The kitchen was fairly well equipped if you wanted to cook. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and hairdryers. There were games and activities for kids that were fun for after dark. We were about 45 minutes from the Natural Bridge Park and Gorge Underground. It was a very scenic drive that went through the Nada Tunnel. I believe the hosts automatic messages were not working because I had to ask for check in and check out info. The location is close to the bottom of a large hill of a highway. When some cars would come down or go up, it would wake us up. Overall, it was a fine experience!
Enjoyed our stay in this nice old house. The space was spacious and functional. Should note that the upstairs floors were quite unlevel due to being an older house. Beds were single mattress and not very comfortable. Would have liked to see a couple of full length mirrors in the house. We were attending a wedding and getting ready was challenging because of this.
The property was clean, and stocked with everything needed to enjoy your time there! Eight of us were able to sit in the dining room, playing games and catching up! Bedrooms are big, with room for everyone. The property owners are communicative and so sweet! The gathering place is made for making memories!
The house was well maintained and stocked for us with many necessities. There was a large number of beds to accommodate a large crew. The online listing said there was a hot tub which there was not. But, that wasnât a deal breaker for us,
We wished there was a picnic table for outdoor seating, but the dining room table was roomy and nice.
