From the moment we walked in and saw the view we were in awe. Saw dolphins every morning around 8am and loved walking to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Parking was easy and right next to elevator. Very spacious. No beach towels. We will be back!

Beautiful place, great view, super close to the beach, walking distance to everything! Only complaint is how early the pool closes, we never got to use the pool! It closed between 7:30 and 8:00 pm!

Virtually every condo complex in the area has a policy of dawn until dusk on the pool times. So the pool is open until the sun goes down. Almost all area buildings are the same.

Nice views

While the place had nice views, plenty of beach items to take to the beach and only 4 mins walk, the fridge stopped working and our food got spoiled. This is not the unit’s fault but at some point, the water stopped working for a few hours and some of us had to go to 7Eleven to use the restroom. Besides that, the place was nice, we saw dolphins and near lots of restaurants and things to do.

Wonderful stay! Great location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the view from the balcony and the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The place was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, bed linens, etc. Although we didn't have children, there was one closet full of items needed for a day at the beach. Overall would highly recommend.

We loved the layout of the condo. It was spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony was great. The property manager quickly responded to our question even though it was late in the evening. Would stay there again if we make it back to Clearwater!

Great location, good accommodations. Disappointed there were no blinds or curtains on the living room windows -lack of privacy was a concern as a result.

This was the second time we have stayed in a condo in Harborview Grande. This unit was the best as it was on the top floor and had a great view. The only thing we didn’t like was not having curtains or blinds on the sliding glass doors to the balcony. We could see other balconies.
View from balcony.

Lovely property. We usually like to stay right on the ocean. However, seeing dolphins “up close” in the channel made this alternate location choice this year well worth it. Location was great with the close grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops as well as the short walk to the beach. The only downside was that one of the elevators didn’t work a couple times so we had to take the stairs but it was just going down so that wasn’t a big deal. Also, someone kept feeding the seagulls and there was always a smell of either cigarettes or weed when we were out on the balcony. Overall I would definitely recommend this property and they may even see us back again in the future for the very reasonable weekly rate. Oh,And the beds were very comfortable which was another plus!
