The Lake House

Enjoy all seasons on The Great Sacandaga Lake! This house is awaiting to host your favorite memories. Easy access for snowmobiles w/ trails right out the backdoor, multiple fire pits (back yard & on its beach access 1 min away), big yard, lots of parking, activities close by & the lake itself! This get away is only a short 7 min drive to a store & local diner. It is a 4min drive to a bar. Wifi available, grill, deck w/ cover, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, pellet stove & an open floor plan.
The space
This property offers a open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room, you can even see the tv while eating! It also offers a first floor full bath as well as a half bath in the master bedroom. There is a big laundry room. This space has a big master bedroom with a half bath, big closet, and doors opening out to the back deck and fire pit. This master bedroom consists of a king size bed and has a Tv. This property also has a second floor that offers two bedrooms with walk in closets in both. Bedroom one of the second floor offers a full size bunk bed set up as well as a tv. (Please no more than 300lbs on top bunk). This bedroom also has a toy area in its closet, please feel free to use these toys with parents permission of what toy is suitable for their child’s use. The second bedroom offers one queen size trundle bed with a twin XL size trundle & also has a Tv. There is a pack and play in the walk-in closet of this bedroom accessible to all guests to use. This property also offers a huge back yard and parking up to 8 cars and has room for boat and or Snowmobile trailers.
Guest access
Guests can access kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, second floor bedrooms and their walk in closets. Back yard, driveway, beach access and a dock ( beginning in may).
Other things to note
There is a dog crate available to any fur family members who cannot be left alone or may require a crate.
There is a Pack N Play available to all guests in second floor bedroom closet as well as toys for your children given your permission on what’s suitable for your child to play with.
