This newly built three-bedroom carriage house is two flights up and sits atop the owner's large work-space. The property is less than a five-minute walk to the beach, which only gets larger and more beautiful as the season progresses. This property includes one full bathroom with a shower and an outdoor shower at the back of the house for when you come up from the beach and need to rinse off. There is a large deck off of a beautiful second-story 3 season room is great for outdoor meals and late-night lounging with semi views of the lake and islands. 3 season room was built with this scenic lake in mind, with windows in all directions and a door that leads directly to the large deck. Renters will feel peace while enjoying their morning coffee or tea in this beautiful room. Shade provided with one large umbrella during the day. Out on the deck, you will find a charcoal grill, outdoor couch, two chairs, coffee table, and large outdoor dining table for 8. 2 bedrooms include a queen-size bed and there is a king-size bed in the Primary bedroom. The rental includes a washer and dryer in the house that guests may use. Large kitchen with beautiful new appliances perfect for cooking large meals for the group or a cozy intimate dinner. Large indoor dining room table that can open up to seat 8 this rental is perfect for a group of family or friends. There is an additional detached, recently renovated tiny-home on the grounds. It has a Queen sized bed with a small kitchenette. Of note there is no bathroom attached and guests would need to walk upstairs to utilize indoor plumbing. However, is a beautiful outdoor shower just steps away from the tiny-home’s front door. Owners live just down the road on their own property and are always available for help during your stay!

Property exactly as described! The owners are fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed.

As described, it is located up 2 flights of stairs over the owners workshop. The space was perfect and modern. I have rented many properties in this area over the years and this was by far our favorite! The owners provided all the items needed down to details such as laundry deteregent, beach towels, and beach chairs. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Weekend gathering, bday party

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Christine’s property!! She was very helpful and accommodating for the weekend. The house, located above a workshop, was very nice, clean and had an excellent kitchen for our gathering. The back porch is awesome, and the love shack a fun edition to the place. The absolute best part of this property though is the access to I think the best beach ive experienced on Sacandaga. Lots of sand, not crowded and excellent for young kids. It really feels like an ocean bay beach. The beach is a 5 min walk from the house. We had a great time!!!

Quiet beach, beautiful property

We had a wonderful, relaxing trip. Beach is a 5 min walk and very quiet. Although the lake water was high this year and the beach was almost a sandbar - it was perfect! We we're almost the only ones out there and the kids could walk waist-deep for a good 30 meters. The house had all amenities we could hope for (including good wifi) and the owners were available and more than accommodating. Also - a beautiful deck where we could relax and watch the stars at night. Nice quiet lake vacation!

Stay in Northville

We have been vacationing in Lake Sacandaga for the past 12 years and this was by far, our overall best experience renting. The home was in pristine condition. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. The location has quick access to town and boat launch area. Nice beach area to relax and enjoy the lake. I would recommend staying here to everyone, except not the week that we will return next year :-)
