THE SPACE: With an open concept and bunks located in the hall, this 1-bedroom, 2 full bath condo has room for everyone. Our comfortable living room has a TV, queen sofa sleeper, and two armchairs. There is access to the patio right off the living room. The kitchen has BRAND NEW appliances and is fully stocked with dining accessories, a regular coffee pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 4 with extra seating at the bar for 3. The master bedroom has a TV as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located across from the hall bunks. The hall bunk beds and a pullout sofa sleeper give you that extra room to comfortably sleep 6 people. Enjoy morning coffee or some wine in the evening on the patio. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the condo. For easy access, we provide keyless code entry (no keys to keep track of), along with free cable and Wi-Fi. You will not be disappointed with this cute, coastal condo!

THE PROPERTY: Take your gear and head out to the white sandy beach. Although not gulf front, this is a sweet, quiet spot! There is a short walk (300 yards, 5 minutes) on a paved sidewalk to the community boardwalk which leads to the beach. Spend you day in the water, collecting seashells or just take in the beauty of this secluded stretch of beach! In season, vendors are available to rent chairs and umbrellas but feel free to bring your own beach items. If you are in the mood to grill, bring your charcoal and feel free to use the first come/first serve outdoor BBQ grills and remember to clean for the next guest after use. Tired of the sand? Hang out at the wonderful pool which features a swim through to the indoor pool. Lounge chairs are available to relax in around the pool. Need a workout? Check out our fitness facility. A hot tub is located near the indoor pool. There is an outdoor shower available to wash sand away. Paid parking is available for one vehicle. There are security cameras onsite located in the public areas of the property. Oversized vehicles, trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers or motor homes are not allowed.

THE AREA: Take the time to visit and tour historic Fort Morgan. You are located across the street from Fort Morgan Marina and Tacky Jack's restaurant. Sassy Bass restaurant at Gulf Shores Plantation and restaurants are available at nearby Beach Club. There are two championship golf courses within a fifteen-minute drive. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or take in a movie at the theatre in Gulf shores. The Wharf in Orange Beach has wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Take an afternoon and catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions in Gulf Shores include mini golf, a go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. You are also down the street from The Pines convenience store with great pizza, coffee and a restaurant. This area has so much to offer!

*Must be 25 years old to rent this condo and proof of age is required. *No pets allowed. *No smoking is allowed. *No parties allowed. *Parking pass must be obtained from onsite security upon arrival for $50/per vehicle/max 1 vehicle. *No boats or trailers allowed on property. *Note: A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper are provided. Please bring extra if you plan to stay more than a couple of days. *All items brought to the beach must be removed daily.
