just what we needed

my nephew and his family of 7 stayed over the july 4th weekend and were very pleased with this accommodation, it was clean, easy process to check in, and located in a great spot. will recommend and will use again when occasion arises

It was such a wonderful stay. Maria was so sweet when she called me in regarding to an issue at the house she wanted us to know prior to arrival. She had so many necessities that were able if needed. We all felt so comfortable and at home in her place. Thank you.

Communication from the host was exceptional and the house was very cute and comfortable, exactly what my family needed for our trip! The neighborhood is very peaceful so it was a great place to relax and unwind. Would recommend :)

Comfortable House in a Great Location

This house was everything it was advertised to be and more!!! It was very comfortable and well stocked. The check in and check out procedure was super simple. The location was great, in a nice neighborhood yet still close to restaurants, parks, golf, etc. Maria is a super host, communicating everything we needed before we even asked. I highly recommend this place!!!

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this absolutely charming home! It will literally have everything you need! I have stayed in dozens of Vrbo's across the country and this one, by far, has been the best! Maria has thought of everything one could possibly need! Fully stocked home. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect cozy rental

Maria was the best host we have had! Easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for us. She had a welcome note/snacks and the house had all the essentials which was nice after a long travel day to not have to run right to the store to purchase the basics! Would highly recommend the home if you need a place to stay while visiting the MSU campus area.

Wonderful property

Maria was wonderful! She described the home perfectly and it was so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for us to cook meals instead of going out to beat for graduation weekend. Her communication was the best I’ve experienced. We will be looking to rebook any time we are back in the area!

Visit time the Buffalos

We planned a family, four generations, visit to Wichita Falls with a day trip up to the Wichita Mountain Nature Preserve. Unfortunately the second morning of our stay, we were called home for a family emergency. Maria was and continues to be very understanding and gracious to our family. The house is beautiful and a great place to visit, but the host makes the property exceptional.

Outstanding Host and Stay

Since I am a female who does outside sales, it is extremely important for me to feel safe in both my travels and my overnight stays. I am a repeat customer of Maria's because she goes above and beyond for the above-mentioned traveling needs. She does an outstanding job with communications along with providing a nice comfortable home with amenities that beat the rest. She even provides you with a welcome note and some treats...Thanks Maria! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and walkable. Neighbors also do a good job controlling their dogs since they are located on both sides of the property. The only time they bark is when they want back in from going potty. Maria's home will always be my go-to when I visit the Wichita Falls area. Thanks again for continued great stays.

Best Cozy Cottage Ever

This is the cutest cottage. Great neighborhood. Very clean with easy access. The decor is comfy cozy, appliances new & easy to use, close to campus and base. Many good restaurants within 5 miles. The best feature? The owner! She was prompt with response to questions and super sweet. All future stays in Wichita Falls will be here!

Perfect little cottage

This lovely little cottage was beautifully appointed, remodeled to a high standard and equipped with everything you could need. The memory foam mattress was wonderful! We loved staying here….would definitely stay again!
