Hi Robin, Thank you very much for the positives that you mentioned about our responsiveness and going above & beyond to make sure your stay was great. We also would like to address a few of your comments from the review. Having a professional quality cleaning is very important to us, and when you mentioned some of the downstairs flooring was sticky and that there were a couple crayons downstairs, we had another cleaner come back as soon as possible for these two items. As for the pool, we get it serviced once per week, and right after your arrival we had a team member bring over a vacuum for the pool & provided you with instructions on how to use this throughout your trip. When you let us know the garbage disposal wasn’t working, we brought this up to our maintenance team and had someone come to the property that same day. Since our maintenance team was not able to fix the garbage disposal, we called our plumber right away. He went there to install the new garbage disposal, but when he arrived at the property, he realized there was an electrical issue connected to the garbage disposal, so we contacted a few electricians, and unfortunately they weren’t able to come during your stay. Our team always tries handling any sort of issue or inconvenience as soon as possible, and we apologize that we were not able to get the garbage disposal working during your stay. Hi Isabela, Thank you very much for the 5 star review. While we greatly appreciate your 5 star review, we also want to address a few of your comments. The pool was just filled a few days prior to your arrival, and the pump had also been recently installed. The pool itself was clean, although the plaster was stained due to some renovations that were recently done, so this is why the pool may have initially appeared a little dirty to you. We addressed your concern about the pool right away on the Friday you arrived. We refunded you $1,000 for your first night there, delivered a new pool skimmer to you shortly after your arrival, and we offered to extend your stay from the 10:00am check-out on Monday until 6:00pm free of charge, so this way you could enjoy an extra day in the heated pool. We worked very hard to ensure the heater was working during your stay. We were told that our pool company was fixing the heater on Saturday morning, and while they were not able to fix the heater on Saturday, we were able to get this fixed for you on Sunday morning. While we’re very sorry the pool heater didn’t work for you on Friday evening and Saturday, we did everything we could to get the heater working as soon as possible. As for the exterior cameras in the backyard, we mentioned to you during your stay that the cameras were not turned on. The owners had them installed for security purposes, but the cameras were not active during your stay, which we mentioned to you on the phone. The owners said they're going to have the cameras removed in the backyard, so this way it’s not an issue for future guests. We also want to mention that in addition to the toilet paper, all of our welcome bags have a starter role of paper towels for you.
