Modern Home w/ Great Amenities

This amazing modern townhome is one of my favorite places to stay. Its centrally located and sits next some great attractions that families can enjoy. You can literally walk out the front door and within walking distance are attractions such as Top Golf, AMC Cinema, Main Event as well as several great restaurants like PF Changs and Bravo right at your finger tips. The home is fully equipped and includes great WiFi for those working from home. This is the great option for a home away from home!!!

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

Wedding in Cincy

We had a group of 6 adults with us from Texas, and everyone found their stay to be comfortable, the neighborhood felt safe and close to activities we wanted to do. We never figured out the internet and TV, likely human error, but everything else was great. We would recommend this location and property for sure!

Great Place, Exactly As Advertised

Spacious, comfy and easy to access. Beds are extremely comfortable. Close to a ton of stuff to do. Was a teeny bit messy on arrival but nothing too egregious. Would highly recommend for groups of 4.

Coziest place ever !!

This was the coziest place ever and felt just like home !! It’s in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It’s was sooooo clean and smelt fresh in every room . The beds were so comfortable I was glued almost all weekend !!! The host communicated great! Thank you so much for hosting us .

Comfortable town home

A clean and up to date town home with easy access to the interstate to and from Cincinnati. Check-in and out was easy. There was plenty of room for our large family group (7 people, mostly kids). Beds were soft, with candy waiting on the pillows. Parking behind the unit was convenient. Lots of stairs in the home, so not for folks with cranky knees!

Graduation

Visited for my daughters college graduation. I looked for a place that could hold my husband, parents and son. I came upon this gem, and so very grateful that I did. This place was very spacious, clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful! If I had to make a recommendation, I would recommend adding a nightstand or side table to the lower bedroom. And also adding a welcome and guide book. This place was a 10 for myself. It was perfect, and I have absolutely zero regrets, and will most certainly be coming back again.

Good location, Nice Space, Non-working Pool

We were torn on our review because the area and the actual space was nice. However
 the pool was broken on day 1 and wasn’t fixed until our last day. When we reached out to the property manager, we were told it was outside their control. A neighbor said there have been problems with the pool in the past so don’t count on using it, or for any compensation for not having a pool as advertised. The condo was nice but smelled like someone had smoked in it and some appliances like the air fryer and freezer were not clean. Is it a nice condo? Yes. Should you stay there? Sure, just don’t count on there being a pool.

Great communication with owner. I gave him details, hopefully helping. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The floors, kitchen countertops really hadn't been cleaned. I didn't mention it, tho, just cleaned it myself. Maybe men don't appreciate a clean floor for clean feet, so I gave latitude. Morning/afternoon rush hours were noisy with warehouse and 18 wheeler trucks, nearby train tracks. We have a sleep/white noise for those things....not our first overnight stay in vrbo or the other one:)

The townhouse was great! It's well taken care of clean nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and useful. The kitchen had what we needed. We did run out of toilet paper but they brought us some immediately when I asked. I would recommend it.

The home was perfect. The teenagers were able to entertain themselves on the 2nd floor while the adults got their rest in the bedrooms on the basement floor and 3rd floor. Very convenient location to both Cincinnati Zoo and King’s Island. The property owner was very responsive and good to work with. Nice to have a garage.

Great location, host, and house

My friends and I were in town for an event and this was the perfect location! The house is very cozy and quiet with great amenities. Our host was excellent and very prompt to reply to us during our stay. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo

Overall, the condo was comfortable, lots of room and well stocked with the essentials. Location was good with a variety of restaurants located nearby.Had a few minor maintenance items that were reported to host. Big negative was the condition of the carpeting which was very worn and looked filthy.

Graduation Weekend

Our son graduated from University of Cincinnati this weekend. We are from out of town and needed a central location for our celebration.We were able to spend time with friends and family at the townhouse to celebrate.

Our second stay here and it is so comfortable! Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and the home had everything we needed. Love how well supplied they keep all paper products too. And they don’t have a long list of items to complete for checkout which is so nice. Oh, and we loved getting the use of the garage too! We’ll be back! Thanks!
