This modern and hand decorated studio bedroom suite is part of a duplex with an amazingly cute courtyard! Comfortably sleeps 3 persons with the luxury memory foam queen size bed as well as a small couch in the living room. Enjoy your morning with a cup coffee on the patio while enjoying the lovely Vegas atmosphere! Get ready for your night out on the town with full amenities provided in the bathroom, including hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Clean, plush towels and linens are provided before each guests arrival.

Want to see the nightlife? With the proximity to the Fremont St. Experience and world famous Strip, you may never want to leave.

While we always encourage our guests to enjoy the town, you may want to stay in and have a meal you prepared for that special someone. We provide a full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware and an assortment of spices for your inner five star chef. Snacks and beverages are also provided for those quick bites in between adventures.

Feel free to roam around the entire unit. There are two other units in the duplex. There are no common walls for your increased privacy.

When you arrive at first park on 10th. Go thru gate and find your unit. Later you may want to park in the back of your bungalow. There is a gate into the courtyard.

We have a full staff available 20x7.

This cute bungalow is less than a mile from the historic Fremont Street experience. There is plenty of things to do and see!

You can get to all the Fremont Street points of interest simply by walking. Parking is a challenge at Fremont Street so it's best just to walk to where you are going. Stay in groups walking home at night. Always keep the gates locked to keep out the creepies.

Your cute bungalow is behind a secured gate. It is also near downtown Fremont with a cast of characters. There will be people stumbling about and a more than a handful of homeless people. This is not Disneyland. When you go out at night, it's advised you do not walk alone and keep your wits about you.
Lease and ID required. 2 guest limit and must be on the lease. No parties and no smoking. No pets. . No glitter or EDC / holiday sparkles in the unit. All dishes, stove and grill to be clean before you check out. Garbage to the bin out back. Pets pay more.
