As you enter the villa guest suite experience a hint of West Indian art captured by a bold Virgin Islands fishing vessel that you can see anywhere on our shores. The work / dining area has a desk that can be used for work, reading or dining if you choose to do so. Bar stools overlook the kitchen with a display of local coconut flavored Cruzan rum as well as some fruit and two glasses perhaps to mix a pina colada. The living room area is elegantly decorated with seashells and a sailing boat - all that you will find has you enter into the Caribbean ocean. The balcony has a beautiful and inviting outdoor sitting and work area with a breathtaking ocean view. Perfect for phoning it in from the islands! Magnificent bedroom with a cozy sitting area and comforting queen bed along with a nautical style mirror hanging from the ceiling, reminiscent of a sea ship atmosphere perfect for lulling you to sleep.

~ Energy Conservation - Please turn off AC when not present in unit.
~ Water Conservation - Please be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in cistern below the house. Its a precious resource on the island. Please be conservative with the water, especially when showering and washing dishes. It’s truly appreciated.
~ Tidiness - Please use provided trash bins within the unit. ~ ~ ~ Extra trash bags are provided. Also, please use shoe bins at front door to avoid tracking sand and dirt inside the unit.
~ Noise Ordinance - Please keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10p-8am.
~ No unregistered guests.
~ "On Demand" orders will be deducted from the security along with a $5/order convenience fee.
~ Guests will be assessed a 'present-value' replacement fee for replacement of any damaged items.
