Suite 212 is a beautiful studio apartment that has a unique style of its own, making it the perfect relaxing getaway. The double window brightens the room and goes beautifully with the room’s dark, rustic decor. The Exhale suite at Rock Spring Resort provides everything you need to make you feel at home if you’re looking for a one to two-person short getaway or a place to land while traveling for work. It has a queen bed, a fully stocked kitchenette, a smart TV, and a full bathroom.

Nestled just a short 26-minute drive from the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway and 23 minutes from the thrilling Lake Winnepesaukah Amusement Park, the Exhale suite at Rock Spring Resort offers the perfect home base for your Chattanooga area adventure.

As a traveler, you'll love unwinding in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit kitchen. Curl up by the smart TV for a movie night or dive into the selection of games, books, and toys for the kids. On the 10-acre property are 1.25 miles of manicured paths lined with wildflowers, a 5-person dry sauna that most folks preheat for a treat after a dip in the hot tub, and a kids' playground that is known for its treehouse library. Rock Springs

I have stayed here a few times now and it’s always a great stay. It’s pet friendly with beautiful grounds for walks. Staff are always attentive. Cleaning staff are top notch. It’s so much closer to “home” than a hotel would be!

Nice place in a small town

Booking was easy. When we arrived there was not a key in the lock box as instructed so I immediately called Jen. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. They’d gone above and beyond to make the units homey- including Christmas decorations- We will definitely stay there again.

Nice people. Weird set up. No control of heat/air.

The property itself is in a good location and does seem to have a lot going for it. We were able to get to downtown Chattanooga in about half an hour. The managers were nice and did communicate. Our only issue was that the room we booked was doubled booked, so we ended up in a room on the lower level where the bathroom was down a long hallway from the bedroom (and along the hallway there were other doors that we were told no one would be coming in through). But it was a weird set up. Also we had no control over the heat or air so we were very warm and had to open the window to cool off. The bedroom itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. Just gave 3 stars due to the inability to control the temperature and also the odd arrangement of the rental space.

Great experience.

We stayed in the area to take care of a family issue, so we didn’t use or get involved in any amenities or activities other than the basics. The space was very clean, well maintained and stocked for visitors. Will definitely stay here again if we need lodging in this area. (The only issue we had is that building was remodeled from something else so the the internal staircases are rather steep. If you have knee issues, as we do, we recommend reserving a first level space.)

This property was so perfect for our stay! Easily accessible to/from Chattanooga; perfectly described; clean; quiet; everything you want in a stay! The actual room was “small,” but had a king bed and all the amenities! The hosts even had the electric fireplace turned on and a bottle of wine for us when we arrived! If I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small as described but perfect for a couple. Cute decor, clean and very comfortable. Quiet location but in close proximity to attractions. The hot tub was relaxing and the complimentary wine was an unexpected nice touch. We would absolutely stay again.

Very nice place. Bed was super comfy! The only complaint we had was the smell of dog when you walked into the building. But definitely recommend!! We will stay here again!

Lots To Do

I really enjoyed this place. They had a lot for my daughter to enjoy. The playground had a ninja line, trampoline, play house and tree top library. She loved the swings and the climbing equipment. It’s a really big place on a nice plot of land. They did a good job with all the extra things like laundry, hot tub, dog park and the sauna. There were quite a few people here and they all were very nice and friendly. A few other kids for my daughter to play with. The suite is really comfortable. You have your own kitchen. You have a very comfy bed and I enjoyed the fireplace by the TV. It puts our heat. So, we were warm and cozy. The internet was very fast. I would recommend this any day. It’s also super beautiful country area.

Clean, Cute and Affordable!

I really loved this apartment. It’s got a full kitchen and a cozy bed. I enjoyed being able to use the dog park they have here. The hot tub is an added bonus. I love that it was so affordable, but it reminded me of some of the places I stayed at in Chattanooga that cost way more. I felt like someone put a lot of thought into this design. Plus, it was super clean. I really thought everyone staying and working here were super sweet. I would definitely recommend this.
