This gem is situated on just over one acre with approx. 300â of beach waterfront. This oasis is surrounded by nature, with the Strait of Juan De Fuca to the North and Bullman Creek to the East. If youâre looking to unplug, breathe in fresh air, and listen to the ebb and flow of the waves with your loved ones, look no further.
More about the inside space
The cabin itself is like a snapshot in time â retro in its look and pure family in its feel. It has a nice open floor plan, comfortably holding 4 guests. There are two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living and dining rooms, and a washer & dryer. We provide all basic necessities to make you feel at home, including linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cooking oil, salt & pepper, tea, coffee, and creamer. Starlink is available.
The home was once owned by Eddie Bauer, our local sporting wear/gear legend. If youâre looking for a bit of history, we provide articles and books saved about him and the area.
The `Flop House` can be rented for an additional $75/night with an additional $25 cleaning fee.

Guests have access to a large yard, beach, creek, fire pit, and laundry room.
Please note: Beach access here is truly natural. To reach the water, guests must climb down rocks. There are no steps, stairs, or handrails, so it is not recommended for those with mobility challenges. For adventurous guests, this offers an authentic and private way to experience the shoreline.

This neighborhood is quaint and offers endless opportunities to soak up the beautiful surroundings. Just 10 minutes from Neah Bay and about 25 minutes to Sekiu/Clallam Bay.
This home is very remote. You must have transportation.
The `Flop House` can be rented for an additional $75/night with an additional $25 cleaning fee.
*There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout*
-Important: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee. For VRBO bookings, this is listed as an âadministrative feeâ and is calculated at 5.5% of the base rate to reflect the payment processing and integration costs incurred on the full reservation amount, including cleaning and tax charges. Direct bookings (website): 4% fee. This fee covers third-party processing costs and is not retained by us. Thank you for understanding!
- Maximum number of guests not to exceed 6.
-No pets without prior written approval and payment of pet fee.
-Only use fire pit if you have adequate experience and know how to operate safely. Use of the fireplace, fire pit, is at your own risk and with the understanding that you are responsible for any damage caused by your use of the same. Please do not introduce unapproved items in the woodstove â just firewood, kindling, matches, fire starters, Duraflame Logs, and this goes for the fire pit as well.
-Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the outside fire pit. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size.
-This house uses a septic system; ONLY toilet paper can be flushed.
-Because we keep our home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
-We`re keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.
-Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.
-No illegal drugs allowed.
-Please be respectful of our neighbors. You`d be surprised how sound travels through the neighborhood, please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.
-Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use.
-No smoking of anything allowed indoors, smoke it outside please.
-We are honored you decided to choose, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you. Any such behavior will result in immediate removal from the property.
-Want to stay an extra hour or so? Should be fine but requires approval, let us know in advance.
-Please stay out of the attic, crawlspace, shop and storage areas. These areas are dangerous and not designed for guests.
-PARKING â Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked on the driveway only. Any illegally parked cars in the community are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the cabin.
-Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to our cabin or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.
- Check-out: Guests will be charged an extra $25 for late check out; check out time is 11:00am unless otherwise talked about with the host. The charge is $25 per 30 minute increment. Thank you for being respectful of the hosts and cleaners time.
-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be removed from the home.
-We do not permit supplies, furniture, decorative items, appliances, and other furnishings to be removed from the home. Please leave the home as you found it.
-Please do not play with or tamper with the decorations on walls or shelfs. These are for guests to enjoy, not for play.
-Violations of these rules can result in additional fees or immediate cancelation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.
- PERSONAL ITEMS: Please check the home for any of your personal items left behind. It is extra work for our cleaners to gather the items, take them to the post office and ship them. For any items left behind we are happy to mail them out however there will be a $50 charge to pay for our time.
-No glass or utensils should travel down to the beach. For your safety, orange plastic glasses are provided for beach use.
- Beach treasures are always fun to find but please do not rinse them off in any of the sinks on the property. Please use the outdoor hose to do so.
- This house does not have drinking water. Please only use running water for bathing, brushing teeth, washing dishes and clothes. We have filtered water for guest use.
- While we are excited to have you fishing our local waters, we do not permit any fish cleaning on the property. Please clean fish at boat launch or marina. If fish have been cleaned on property there will be a charge of $200 or more for cleaning.
License to Occupy Only; No Landlord-Tenant Relationship.
Guest acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a revocable license to occupy the Property for transient lodging purposes only. This Agreement is not a lease, does not convey any real-property interest, and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under any state or local law.
Primary Guest Responsible for All Occupants.
The individual who books the reservation (âPrimary Guestâ) hereby accepts full legal and financial responsibility for (a) themselves, (b) all other guests, occupants, invitees, visitors, or persons allowed onto the Property (âAdditional Guestsâ), regardless of whether such persons have signed this Agreement. Primary Guest represents and warrants that all Additional Guests shall comply with all rules, policies, and terms of this Agreement. Any breach of this Agreement by an Additional Guest shall be deemed a breach by the Primary Guest.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Guest and all Additional Guests shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager, and their respective members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (âIndemnified Partiesâ) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, attorney fees, or costs arising out of or related to:
(a) Guestâs or any Additional Guestâs use or occupancy of the Property;
(b) violations of this Agreement or House Rules;
(c) personal injury, death, or property damage occurring on or about the Property;
(d) actions or omissions of Additional Guests, invitees, or third parties allowed onto the Property.
This indemnity applies even if only the Primary Guest executes this Agreement.
