With bedrooms on separate levels, each with its own adjacent bathroom, the home offers privacy and space to spread out.

Includes high speed wifi and dedicated office space.

Bright and airy kitchen upstairs with induction stove. Enjoy views of the morning fog moving over the hillside from the garden window above the sink.

Large spacious upstairs bedroom with warm afternoon light. Watch the sunset from the west facing balcony with sliver views of the bay and dunes. Includes walk in closet and attached bathroom with shower.

A quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to Elfin Forest and Sweet Springs nature trails, downtown Baywood restaurants, shops, farmers market, and views of the iconic Morro Rock.

This is the perfect home base for exploring the magic of the Central Coast.

Just down the road, Montana de Oro State Park offers some of the area's best coastal hiking with epic views of the ocean. October and November are peak whale-watching season along the coast.
The Morro Bay National Estuary, which connects Los Osos and neighboring Morro Bay, is a haven for bird watching. The bay is also home to two working oyster farms, Grassy Bar Oyster Company and Morro Bay Oyster Co., the popular waterfront Embarcadero, and its resident sea otters.

The Piedras Blancas elephant seal rookery near San Simeon is a popular day trip, often paired with a visit to Hearst Castle or a drive up scenic Highway 1 toward Big Sur. Wine tasting in Paso Robles and antiquing in Cambria are both within easy reach.
