Cette unitĂ© au 12Ăšme Ă©tage est dïżœïżœïżœcorĂ©e avec soin et vous offre quelques-unes des meilleures vues sur l'Ăźle. Les fenĂȘtres de la chambre des maĂźtres vous donnent une vue sur le golfe de tous les angles, vraiment une chambre avec vue. Ce deux chambres est presque 1400 sq. Ft. We stayed in the exact condo last year and were disappointed how much it had gone downhill.

The trim around door was banged up and needed to be painted. The outside hallway had black stains on the floors. The tile in the bathroom is worn and needs replacing. The caulk around the tub looked dirty. The bolt caps on the commode were missing so the bolts were rusty. The dryer door was not functioning properly and had to be pushed hard and held for a minute to operate. The bedspread in the guest bedroom was very cheap looking. The screen door to the balcony was loose or torn at the bottom. The water pressure was not good and one day did not work at all for two hours. Overall the condo needed attention. We will not be back.

You just GOTTA stay HERE!!!!

Iris's Top Floor Getaway was such a Wonderful experience for our family that we will most likely go back and have already been sending the link to others as a high recommend to stay at this location. We cannot emphasize how gorgeous the view is from this location and the windows open on to the balcony from the master bedroom as well as the living area. This was perfect for being able to hear the sounds of the ocean all day long. There was always sea life visible and moving, mainly many sting rays all along the shoreline and the weather was amazing! The pier is very close by and that was an interesting visit for us several times during the day and at night. The stars dance right before your eyes at night....the view...WoW. If you like seashells, this is THE PLACE to visit!!! We found so many and it was always a treasure hunt. This condo is one that made our visit to Navarre a sweet memory and we enjoyed being in that condo and just taking in the scenery of the beach, the ocean, and so much more. The accommodations were fantastic, we slept great! All the beds were comfy and we would not change a thing. There was plenty of storage space for our clothes, etc. We really liked the amount of space provided to "live in" while we were there. Everything you need is very close by, as well, just over the bridge- grocery stores, restaurants, even a Starbucks not too far away! *I would recommend taking extra dishwashing and laundry tablets if you are going to stay more than a few days. Even if you forget, the store is close by! Thank you to the folks of this condo for a wonderful time- we will be back!!!

Beautiful

Everything about the condo, the area, the beach was fabulous. This is our first time at this condo but would love to come back again next year. The condo was clean, supplied nicely, and had a beautiful view of the gulf right off the balcony. Thank you for letting us make such great memories at your home!

Awesome place.

Everything was great. Condo was just as described. Great views from master bedroom. The only complaint was the floors had not been swept when we arrived, but that was easily fixed. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful and comfortable

This condo was wonderful. It was impeccably clean and the layout was cozy with a gorgeous breathtaking view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. Will recommend this condo to others and hope to stay again in the future.

Great Condo! Amazing view of the ocean and very comfortable. The family was happy!

The condo was just as described on the pictures. It was beautiful, comfortable , and cozy. The whole family loved it there was no complaints about the condo. It was an amazing view from the 12th floor from master bedroom and living room balcony with gorgeous sunrise that you cant escape. Even on a rainy day we enjoyed it with the curtains open and glancing at the ocean and watching netflix. Washer and dryer inside the condo was super convenient. Kitchen had everything you need. One of the bathrooms had a steamer which made it very relaxing after a busy day on the beach. The place was very clean all around. Just and awesome experience. The condo was huge. It was myself, my wife, my mom and 4 kids we had plenty of room. Definietly will visit again. Pensacola and Destin just 1/2 hour away with so many things to do around. The best condo ive been to in Florida panhandle.

Stress Reliever

Iris's Getaway was great overall. Very roomy with great views. The unit had everything you would need as far as kitchen necessities. However we were only provided one garbage bag and no detergent for the dishwasher. I would rent this unit again.

Perfect!

We really enjoyed this location for our 2nd trip to Florida for vacation. The view was excellent!! Everything we needed was there, the condo was clean and everything worked perfectly. We were hoping to get away from the tourist trap type area and this is exactly what we wanted. We will be staying at this location and/or trying to stay in this exact condo again next year.

Large condo!

My family and I loved this condo and the complex. It is a great place to stay. The beach was not crowded and the condo is huge for a 2 bedroom. The only complaint is the screen is missing from the bedroom slider and we had a large bug come for a visit, haha. But otherwise it was about perfect and so close to the National Shoreline, which is absolutely beautiful! We would love to come back again. And for those of you that love Mexican food, I want to recommend the Cactus Flower. Probably my favorite meal the whole time we where there. Thanks to the owners for a great stay!!

Misleading and dirty

My family and I decided to take a family vacation. First off the Decor is not the same as pictured above. The only thing that is not dated in the condo is the refrigerator, stove and microwave. When we arrive the A.C thermostat was set on 78. It was hot and smelled really bad. We wound up making a trip to Wal-Mart to buy air freshner. After 3 hours of being there it had only cooled 1 degree. We contacted our rental company and they sent someone out to check the air. They came very quickly and after we had no problems with the A.C for the rest of the trip. The condo definitely needs a face lift. The walls in the master bedroom are two diff shades of blue that don't match. Noticeable marks and dings on the wall. The curtains in the living room are filthy and don't close. The shower in the guest bath had no shower head, when the rental company was called about the A.C they fixed the shower head too. Two different color tiles depending what room you are in. The floor was filthy and you could tell the floor had not been mopped. There was no broom or mop in the condo so, I had to go out and purchase both. Also, my niece is 2 and as we were settling In I noticed cabinets in the laundry room. Opening the cabinets ( floor to ceiling) there were paint cans, brushes, lots of paint supplies in my nieces reach. The door had a key lock on it but was not locked. Dangerous if you ask me with allowing children to stay in condo with all those toxic supplies at arms reach when the door could be locked or they could store supplies somewhere else. There were water stains on the ceiling in the hallway. The remotes in the guest room had no batteries in them. Once again I had to go buy something else for this condo. There was black mold in the stopper in the master bath. I would not ever stay here again. It needs to be updated and cleaned. Navarre towers itself is very nice. My family felt like we wasted our money. The only good thing about this rental is the view! It is breathtaking. I can not thank the rental company enough for coming so quickly. We have been coming to navarre for two years now and never had an experience quite like this one. I will be back to navarre because we love it but, would not recommend this unit.

Absolutely love this condo.

This was my third time to stay in this condo. I absolutely love this condo. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the condo meets all my needs. Plan to go back in the fall.
