We have stayed at many units at Waikiki Shore over the years. This one was exactly as it looks online, just enough space for two people with a sunset view and a good location in the building (good height and not too far from the beach). Nice touches such as beach chairs and towels, well equipped kitchen including rice maker. Property management was highly responsive before and during our stay. Parking outside the building was more convenient than we expected, since we had always parked in the building in the past (in a very tight space downstairs) that exceeded expectations. For two people, this would be our first-choice unit on return trips.
The location is perfect. Easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Easy to park across the street with plenty of parking. You canât beat the location. We were here for a few nights to check out the college with my daughter. College is less than two miles from this rental. Hiccup at check- in, we didnât know we had to call the management co at wait for them to arrive with our room key. The parking pass did not work but they were responsive in my call and is refunding me the amount to park I had to pay to get out of the lot. Overall, the room is nice, clean, the kitchen has everything you need. Great place to stay for two people.
We loved our stay - fantastic location with everything you need in the condo. Great watching the fireworks on Friday night. Mark looked after our bags which was a great help until checkin.
Thanks for a great stay.
Super location with incredible views. Easy parking across the street. MANY restaurants within walking distance. However one suggestion would be to issue (2) keys and fobs for a couple. Somewhat inconvenient when one leaves and the other stays.
This unit was perfect for my stay in Waikiki! Right on the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, quiet, and an AMAZING view!! It's an older building, but the unit has been remodeled and modernized. I would stay here again!
This property is perfect, beautiful view, location is perfect in every way, front row view of fireworks, walking to beaches and shopping, quiet.. but the view!! The view from the balcony is unmatched.
Everything was easy, great communication, thank you for making my dream vacation so easy!!
The room needed a couple repairs (broken window on door, blinds on sliding glass door). Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. An elevator ride and a few steps to the beach!
Great dining and cocktails within a one block walk of your room including Royal Hawaiian's Asure and Orchid restaurants, Rumfire and House Without a Key which are all 4-5 star oceanfront experiences Full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker and xtra spacious refrigerator for a condo. View from the balcony is unsurpassed!
Had a bit of a mixup connecting with property manager to get room key and parking pass when we arrived, but Mark was gracious and made it right!
The pictures did not do the view from the balcony justice. Not to mention you have front row to the firework show on Friday. Walk downstairs and you are right on the beach. The beach gear rental company offers a discount if you let them know you are staying on the property.
Came here to celebrate my sons 5th bday and it was beyond perfect! No hotel area (even with better views) had a better rate than this. Highly recommend!
Pros: We loved the location of the building and places around it. Lots to see and do, relax or eat.Bed very comfortable and clean. And sweet view on the 13th floor.Cons: Check in instructions ambiguous. Not being certain, so I asked, and instead of answering my questions, I'm told to go back and read previous emails. Not good customer service!!!Come to find out when I emailed the host that I had arrived, then someone is coming from another location with key and fob.It was only 1 key and 1 fob..a real pain when my wife needs to come and get me when she had to go in early to get ready for plans.Should be 1 key and 1 fob per adult!!!Bathroom could use some updating. On next to last day, cleaning crew (man and woman) had entered my unit to clean it but then saw our stuff still inside. They were standing outside my unit when I walked up, calling trying to find out why the unit wasn't empty. It was their honest mistake, but what if my wife had been in the unit getting ready when they entered? That would have been very bad.
Condo is in a perfect location on Waikiki beach. Pros: location. The condo has all you need for your stay with beach towels, few beach chairs. King size bed was comfortable. Cons: the condo. Needs a deep clean. The baseboard were dirty and hand not been cleaned in quite sometime. The plastic shades covering the large window overlooking the beach are missed 6-8 making it very bright at night while trying to sleep. I arranged and pre paid for parking. Unfortunately, the prior guest lost the fob. They reimburse me for my first night of parking. I had to pay for the second day because the replacement key fob wasnât delivered until 1pm (I was told it would come in the morning but never received). Overall good condo. Amazing location. Save staying here vs hotel.
