We were happy with our stay.
The house was perfect, the distance between things to do was amazing.
Great things for kids to do and enjoy
Definitely would stay again
We had a great one-night stay here. It is conveniently close to Terrace Lakes Resort and hot springs. The home was perfect for 2 couples, but more could have easily fit. It was clean and the host was great at responding. We would love to stay here again in the future.
This was a very family friendly place. All the sleeping quarters are upstairs so it was a lot of up and down, but it was fully stocked and roomy. We loved that they even had a pack and play for our baby. The host was always quick to respond to our questions.
We would highly recommend this property for anyone that doesnât mind some stairs.
We enjoyed our stay in the bunk house in Garden Valley. The rental was clean and view was great. We did end up going to the main house by accident thinking that was our rental. Finally realized ours was called the bunk house which was not clear in the rental add but once we arrived at the right location the stay was comfortable.
Me and some friends were attending a quilt workshop in the area for a week and decided to add a couple of days of sewing over the weekend. The cabin worked out great for the extra days sewing and through the week.
The cabin was very comfortable and the sponsors were wonderful to us!
It is a problem that the house when we arrived was not only not clean but the bed spread had a hole in it there was an exposed outlet in the Kitchen, the ground was uneven and not clearly marked. My son has ALS and very unsteady on the entire property. When entering the property you must go through the garage door. There is not an outlet to turn on the light till you get to the other side. There is a large amount of rubble, old wood, bare metal and rusty nails on the side where you must walk to gain access to the fire pit.I went back to the property today and took pictures to show the proof of what we seen. The property was not "as advertised "When I called, my daughter had just gotten to the property, I had not arrived yet.She called me very upset with the condition of the property. She stated that it was not safe for her husband nor her 8 year old son.I appreciate you taking my call but you misunderstood what I was trying to convey.
We had an absolutely lovely stay. The cabin is cozy, and it was just the right size for our family of seven. It had lots for our family to do both inside and out. We had a fantastic weekend family getaway. I particularly want to praise the thoughtfulness of the hosts. They were attentive and gracious. The location is very scenic and very convenient to local attractions, including Crouch and nearby hot springs. One thing to note, if driving when snow present, I would recommend four-wheel drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Overall quiet and relaxing, driveway hadnât been cared for and was snow covered and come to find out ice u see the snow. Was stuck, downhill, in the driveway for over a half hour before I was able to get up the driveway and out. Also donât know if itâs just due to the season but constant breakers flipping and killing power. Couldnât even run the dishwasher or microwave without flipping the breaker at least two times. Also the location is for sale, had a realtor wander in to show it out of the blue. Owner reached out to offer âaccess to the geothermal poolâ due to the realtor and driveway issue (realtor was stuck in the driveway also). All in all I would avoid in the winter months unless they do something about the power and also decide to maintain the driveway.
