La Jungle Beach House est un incroyable logement unifamilial, multifamilial ou de groupe / retraite: trois bâtiments séparés avec un total de 8 chambres peuvent accueillir jusqu'à 18 personnes mais vous pouvez réserver la propriété entière avec aussi peu que 6 personnes. Idéal pour une seule famille, de grands groupes, plusieurs familles, des réunions, des mariages, des retraites d'entreprise / éducatives. Cet endroit unique est ce que les vacances sous les tropiques représentent. S'il vous plaît noter que ce n'est pas une location partagée, lorsque vous réservez avec notre minimum de 6 personnes, la propriété entière est à vous!

Le Jungle Beach House a sa propre passerelle privée vers la plage (1 min. À pied), donc s'endormir au son du surf est un vrai défi. Cette grande propriété est très privée, luxuriante et dispose d'une piscine, d'un parking couvert et de nombreuses fonctionnalités.

La principale zone de rassemblement se trouve dans le plus ancien bâtiment, le Rancho, un rancho rustique ouvert sur l'extérieur avec âme. Il possède un gigantesque porche en plein air avec des hamacs et des canapés confortables, deux chambres, un salon, deux coins repas, une salle de bain pratique et une grande cuisine.

Il y a aussi la zone la plus récente: piscine privée / complexe de cabines qui contient deux chambres privées avec une mezzanine supplémentaire et des salles de bain complètes privées (images miroir les unes des autres), toutes deux adjacentes à la grande piscine.

Enfin, il y a la maison d'hôtes principale qui dispose de 4 chambres climatisées, dont une suite parentale. Deux des chambres à l'étage comprennent des balcons privés et rustiques qui donnent sur le parc.

La location à la semaine comprend un service de femme de chambre pendant 5 jours et notre personnel incroyable préparera le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner (les clients se procurent de la nourriture). En plus d'être à quelques pas d'un accès privé à la meilleure plage de la région, Playa Guiones, la maison est située entre le nord et les entrées principales de Guiones, et à quelques pas de dizaines d'excellents restaurants ... Casa Romantica, Iguane doré , Pacifica Azul, El Locale, Harmony, Beach Dog, Cafe Fiore, Diez Pies, La Luna, Sushi et bien d'autres!. Le Super Mini Market et le Frog Pad / NosaraNet (location de DVD / livres et café Internet) sont également à quelques minutes à pied: sur place, télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, Internet sans fil haut débit et téléphone local gratuit.

La propriété comprend trois bâtiments:
Maison principale: 3 chambres à l'étage, 1 chambre en bas, toutes avec climatisation
Chambre principale: 1 lit king, salle de bain privée, télévision à écran plat
Chambre 2: 1 double, 1 simple, salle de bain partagée avec la chambre 3
Chambre 3: 1 lit king (ou 2 lits jumeaux), salle de bain partagée avec la chambre 2

Pool House: 2 chambres de plain-pied proche piscine
Chambre 1: 1 grand lit, 1 simple, salle de bain privée, ventilateurs de plafond, bon pour les parents avec enfants à côté
Chambre 2: 1 lit queen, 1 simple, salle de bain privée, canapé, ventilateurs de plafond, bon pour les enfants

Rancho: 2 chambres, moins privé plus rustique, en plein air
Chambre 1: 1 lit king size, 1 lit double, 1 salle de bain (WC / lavabo - pas de douche, utiliser une douche extérieure)
Chambre 2: 1 double, 1 lavabo (utilisez la demi-baignoire Rancho et la douche extérieure)

Rancho a une demi-salle de bain à côté des deux chambres. Les chambres Rancho sont simples mais confortables.  Ils sont proches de l'espace commun de la cuisine, de la salle à manger, du coin salon et des hamacs, donc plus bruyant si les gens traînent tard ou que les enfants se lèvent tôt.  Il y a trois douches extérieures sur la propriété que les clients de la chambre Rancho utilisent.

Marta and Evilio were amazing during our stay, preparing breakfast and lunch and also interacting with our children! Polly was super responsive leading up to our stay. What a great experience. Our own private path to the beach was perfect for taking breaks between surfing sessions and getting out of the sun for a bit.

Relax in style

Property was great, staff was friendly and easy to work with. Marta and Evelio are wonderful people and made our stay perfect. If you don’t want to stay in a tourist trap, but want to do all the activities this is the place. Village is laid back, locals are friendly and inviting. Great location, easy access to beach and many great restaurants and bars.

The location is just absolutely amazing, the property is magical, and Marta and Evelio took amazing care of us. If you’re looking for an authentic Costa Rican experience, look no further.We traveled with three families with kids ranging from 9 to 15. The property accommodated us perfectly. Easy access to the beach, the pool was great for afternoon fun while shaded a bit from the sun, and the ranch was a dream spot to relax and take in the beauty of the property.Pura vida.

Amazing property.

Although the pictures are great, they do not do this place justice. The property is fantastic. The layout of the property is so perfect, with dining, lounging, sitting area being separate from much of the rooms. Also the pool area is incredible. The short private path to the beach is also a huge bonus. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

We had the most unforgettable family vacation at the Jungle Beach House in North Guiones, Nosara! Our group included three generations—our 7- and 4-year-old boys, both sets of grandparents (one with some mobility challenges), and the home was absolutely perfect for all of us.The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of North Guiones, yet even during high season we felt like we were in our own private, peaceful oasis. The private walk to the beach was amazing and so easy with kids. And if we forgot something or someone needed a break, the walk back home was always simple and stress-free.We also didn’t need a car all week! Nosara’s trail network is incredible, and we happily walked everywhere—even up to Bodhi Tree. It made exploring so much fun and totally relaxed.A huge highlight for our whole family was the food and service from Martha & Evelio—every meal was delicious and memorable. And Polly was wonderful—so responsive and provided all the information we needed to make this truly the best vacation we’ve ever had as a family.We can’t wait to go back, and we highly recommend this beautiful home for families looking for the perfect Costa Rica getaway!

Lovely resort like setting with amazing staff

We had a group of 14- three generations of family. The suites we’re comfortable, and the rancho was a great place to congregate. The pool was fantastic, and the hosts were easily reachable via text and always quick to respond. Marta and Evelio were amazing hosts. The meals were fantastic, and we had lots of fun working on our Spanish. We would totally recommend this place for large groups in Nosara.

Words can't properly describe the amazing week we had in Costa Rica and at Jungle Beach House. The house was absolutely perfect for our family, everyone had a private room, the main outdoor living area was amazing and to top it all off Marta was the best!! Great spot but needs maintenance

We loved being there once again and of course Marta is a true gem. However the property is not being maintained properly now sadly. From a shower with no working hot water serving two of the bedrooms, refrigerator / freezer not holding cold temperature, to broken pool patio chairs and so forth, it seems all reinvestment has stopped while the rental rate continues to increase due to Guiones’ increased popularity. The owners might either consider selling or need to bring this wonderful spot back up to its past glory.

We are very sorry that there was no hot water in the shower. We spent the last two months renovating the bathroom in question and have made it into two separate smaller bathrooms so now each bedroom has its own private bath. We have also glassed in the pool house and have added air-conditioning to both bedrooms in that building so now we have a total of six bedrooms with AC. We have painted all the bedrooms and the exterior of both houses and we are constantly maintaining the property. We put in a new fence in the front and have added a surfboard bodega, all done Sept/Oct/Nov this fall.

Fantastic Stay

We had 13 people staying here with a few others coming over from another house for meals. The group gathering area is open-air and absolutely wonderful for entertaining. Marta's cooking is spectacular. The rooms all have cold A/C. Bed in the Master Bedroom is super comfortable. the property has it's own private path to the beach and has huge lockers to store surfboards (which you can rent locally). locker probably fits 8-10 surfboards. Pool was great to cool off in (we were there in June). You're in the jungle so expect some mosquitos - bug spray worked but you need to be on top of it. One bedroom apparently had a super sqeaky bed and wasn't very comfortable but all other rooms got glowing feedback from our guests. Renting a golf cart is the way to go (plenty of parking) to get around town to the bars/shops. We saw some monkeys, crabs, and coatimundi on the property. Great and quiet place, especially if you love the beach!

Incredible Location

The property is situated on the absolute best lot, maybe in the entire area. You can walk to the beach in a minute (down a private path), walk to several restaurants, bars, etc. It’s also very secluded and private. All the bedrooms are cozy and clean, w/ a/c. All the common areas are completely open to nature. This means the food has to be locked up at (the fridge even has a Velcro strap on it to keep animal from opening it). This also means mosquitos are going to be part of your experience more than they would be otherwise. Animals will walk across the living room at night (we saw a raccoon saunter around as we sat on the couch). This may not be a big deal for you, and if it isn’t, then I would absolutely recommend the house. The host is great and the best part is the incredible staff. The cook and the landscaper are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The food was delicious!!

Unbelievably awesome place

I can’t say how awesome our stay was. The property is amazing. We have 17 people ranging from 11-55 and everyone had a blast. We had more than enough room. Marta was amazing. She arranged all breakfast and lunches and the food could not have been better. She was so kind and helpful. The owner was extremely helpful with all aspects of the stay. We rented surf boards and golf carts as well as airport transfers all of which was arranged before hand with the help of the concierge Jenna who could not have been more helpful. The common area was like a dream oasis that easily accommodated our whole group. The surfing was great as well as beach walks and shell hunting. The path to the beach is great. It’s any easy walk with surf boards. The neighborhood is very safe and we went out at night with no problems. There are shops and restaurants near by for dinner. The locals are extremely friendly and we got by fine with broken Spanish. All in all I would highly recommend this property.

Exclusive location! Great surfing and relaxing!

Our large family came to celebrate our mom’s 80th birthday. We really filled up the property. The layout was perfect for us and the pictures did not do Jungle Beach House justice. Marta and Evelio were amazing. They were so friendly and so good with the kids. We loved having them around. The food that Marta makes is delicious. You will be well fed! We asked her to do the shopping and gave her a credit card. No one ever complained about needing more food or being hungry. The pool was so great on days some of us did not want to go to the beach. It helps stay cool. The rooms were perfect with each room having a private bathroom. The beds were comfy and the overall atmosphere of the property was magical. The kids loved the iguanas and coati that are around. The walk to the beach is easy and fun. It is like its own little adventure. The instructions were very clear and precise. I highly recommend this property.

5-stars… AMAZING!!!

We had a huge group of 17, 7 of which were under the age of 6. Polly was amazing every step of the way. She set us up with a planner that was very reasonably priced and helped us set up a bunch of excursions that were family friendly, and find all the fun local things to do. The communication from start to finish was the best I’ve ever experienced. Marta and Evelio were so sweet and amazing to be around while we all worked on our Spanish. They really helped to make the trip special. The house was incredible, offering a huge open space so we could really get a feel for being in Costa Rica, while the rooms were very comfortable to sleep in at night. The local wildlife was quite a hit with the little ones! We took the path down to the beach every morning, then once the sun got a little intense for the little ones we came up for an amazing lunch made by Marta, then off to the pool, which was surrounded by trees, so it offered a great place to cool down in some shade. It’s located right near everything in Nosara, so we would walk down to Howlers for a couple drinks, or take a quick golf cart ride to the market in South Nosara. The whole family had a blast and made memories that are sure to last a lifetime. Everyone was ranting and raving about how this will be an annual trip, and there is nowhere else they’d rather stay! 5 stars all around!

Family loved home, incredible service, direct beach access - brilliant

This is such a warm, thoughtful and loved home. The Rancho is 30+ years old and has such unbelievable character - truly an original building to the region. It is a sprawling compound that has none of the typical "Target decoration" crap like many other VRBO rentals. This one has a story with every element to it. Marta and Javier (I think that's how you spell it) took care of everything - the shopping, the food, the cleaning, even the pool cleaning. Unbelievable. This house is a rare "on the beach" booking opportunity. The surfing right at the end of the path was the best we found among all the other local beaches. The action at dusk on the beach - all the visitors and the sunset at the end is a highlight. This is a special, unique opportunity to see Nosara. Just be careful. Be smart about locking everything at every hour. Nosara and the area has some theft and petty crimes so you have to be diligent about minding your property. They have all the necessary locks/safes at the house so just make sure you actually use it all. Thank you Polly and Jaime for sharing your home. You truly have a unique, original gem.

Fun family group stay

A group of 12 of us stayed at the Jungle Beach House and had an amazing time. I think the best part was waking up to fresh fruit and an amazing breakfast made by Marta and Evelio. Then going out on an adventure and coming back to another amazing meal. Marta would go out and get us anything from the local grocery store that we wanted—coffee to take back to friends, good chocolates, etc. The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean. There are 3 separate houses with access to the bedrooms from outside. The only shared space is the Rancho which is an amazing covered airy space. We had chefs come in to cook 2 dinners for us. This house is located in a convenient location within a block from shops and restaurants. The path to the beach is very short and the beach outside the house is so beautiful and great for boogie boarding and surfing. The only thing I wish is that they had boogie boards available at the house because we had to rent some that cost us $250 for the week (in hindsite we should’ve just bought some). Also having a couple bikes available and additional beach items—chairs and toys, etc. would’ve been nice but definitely not a huge deal. Thanks for an amazing family vacation!

Surf side with Soul

The Jungle Beach House was the perfect base for our surf camp with friends. The Rancho is soulful and whispers the stories of the early days of Playa Guiones.. The private path to the beach, the sunsets, the hammocks, shaded pool the surfing and Marta cooking are all amazing. We can wait to return.

Great vacation spot.

We really enjoyed are stay here. Short walk on a jungle path to an unspoiled beach. Having breakfast and lunch cooked by Marta and Evelio was amazing. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jungle Beach House. The location really is special with access to the beach and within walking distance to just about everything you need. Having Marta around to start the coffee and prepare breakfast and lunch was wonderful. I'm already trying to figure out when I can get back!

What a destination!

The Jungle Beach House is a beautiful property in an even more beautiful location. Access to the beach and local town facilities could not be better and Marta is a wonderful, loving lady that keeps everyone fed and happy and feeling like they are at home. The property is rustic but very well maintained. The grounds are particularly beautiful and the shaded pool area is a perfect place to wait out the hottest parts of the day. After traveling to many similar ‘sun’ destinations and countries, I can assure you that you will never feel safer and more comfortable in a private property or a local town than you will at JBH and Playa Guiones. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a large family or group vacation.

Incredible stay at Jungle House!

Our experience exceeded expectations on all accounts. The property very comfortably accommodated our group of 15 adults. The location (1-2 min walk from the beach) is impossible to beat. The sunsets are unparalleled! Marta is an incredible chef and prepares excellent breakfasts and lunches. She was also very responsive and helpful with all of our questions about the house - it was sad to leave her. The Rancho is a very fun space to hang out and eat meals. The hammocks make for awesome reading/napping spots. The swimming pool is plenty big and very clean. There are great lounge chairs and plenty of cover to get out of the sun if you desire. The town has plenty of fun restaurants for all meals. We especially enjoyed the acai bowls at go juice and the Mexican food al El Chivo. There were many surfers in our group, ranging from beginner to expert, and there were conditions that satisfied all. The beach is all sand (no rocks) so falling is no big deal. This property and perfect for big groups and such a good value. I will definitely return!

The Jungle Beach House is co-owned by two families, the Robertsons from Georgia and the Yerkes from Vermont. We love Nosara for its beaches, mountains, restaurants, great surf and people.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have travelled all over Costa Rica since we first went to the Osa Peninsula for our honeymoon in 2000. We love so much of the country but we find Nosara to be the standout of the standouts. It's magical and there is no other place like it.

We are located as close to Guiones beach as you can legally build - the high tide mark is exactly 200m from the rancho steps - just a one-minute walk on a beautiful, private path (no dust, no cars, no people, just you and the hummingbirds and butterflies) to one of the most consistent surf beaks in the world. We are one of only a couple private homes in Nosara that have their own private beach path. Also, just a 2- to 5-minute walk to great restaurants and gourmet grocery store. Ultra Private Pool with swim up seating, adjacent to conservation area. Morning coffee or tea to the sound of nearby wildlife and howler monkeys. Morning walks on the beach; gourmet Costa Rican breakfast and lunch, take and afternoon swim in the ocean or pool. Make your day complete with an evening ritual walk to take in the world's most amazing sunsets. After dinner, walk to the beach where you can almost touch the Milky Way with more stars than you have likely ever seen!
