Casa Bamboo is a tropical modern, luxury vacation rental home nestled in the palm trees of Nosara, Costa Rica and steps from the beautiful Playa Guiones beach. The homeâs four en-suite bedrooms comfortably sleep ten people, and its many indoor and outdoor spaces create multiple places to relax alone or socialize with family and friends. Space
BEHIND THE BLUE DOOR The blue front door sets the tone for the relaxed, tropical experience to come. The deck and outdoor dining areas blend seamlessly into the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. In the kitchen, sleek, white Caesarstone countertops complement beautiful monkeypod wood cabinets and colorful Granada tile. An induction stovetop cooks like gas and professional-grade stainless steel appliances outfit the fully equipped kitchen. Or if you prefer, fire up the outdoor gas grill for fresh fish and yuca fries while drinking a cold cerveza from the poolside refrigerator. Between the indoor and outdoor dining tables, large groups can be entertained. A media room and office can be found on the other side of the house, providing a quiet place to work, attend online school, or watch a movie on the Samsung big-screen HDTV. A Sonos sound system and high-speed wifi are available throughout the property. One bedroom with a king-sized bed is located on the main level with a stunning soaker tub from Bali looking out to the private jungle. Three bedrooms are upstairs, nestled in the treetop canopy. They offer another king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and four extra-long beds in a bunk room. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and feature teak flooring, large closets, local handmade furniture, outdoor balconies, vaulted ceilings, and colorful Granada tile in the bathrooms. Outdoor showers and surfboard storage can be found right inside the front blue door. Rinse the sand from your surf session or the sweat from hot yoga, and then relax in the pool. All the living areas and bedrooms are air-conditioned, though the house was purposefully designed to take advantage of the ample shade from the large trees. Ceiling fans and transom windows create cool breezes and save on electricity. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The house comes with a security system, safes in each bedroom, and a coded (keyless) front entry door. Mid-stay cleaning service is included. Transportation, chef or nanny services, and more frequent cleanings, etc. are available on request. â Like the Nosara community, Casa Bamboo is committed to encouraging environmentally friendly practices. Please recycle, conserve water, turn off the AC and acclimate (or at least use the DRY/ECO mode and only when you are in the bedroom. No need to leave it on all day.) Casa Bamboo was purposefully designed to take advantage of the ample shade from the large trees, and ceiling fans and transom windows create cool breezes and encourage seamless indoor/outdoor living. Casa Bamboo is located in the K-section. Within walking distance to the beach and a couple of restaurants & cafes.
Transit
Guests can easily walk, bike, tuk-tuk or ride an ATV into the Playa Guiones village center for great restaurants, souvenir shops, and tourist activities.
Interaction
Property management & Concierge Services The property manager is available daily from 8 am to 5 pm and 5 pm - 8 am only for emergencies This listing comes with complimentary guest services and concierge services. While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, weâre here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours, to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, weâre here for you.

The house is also for sale. Clients will be given a 24-hour notice when a showing is requested.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost.
The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay.Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
