We enjoyed it!!!

The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We did have an issue with the homes AC, but the host was attentive and helped us resolve the issue. The pool does need some TLC, there are multiple areas where the concrete has cracked, that did not stop us from using pool. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Home

My wife and i booked this wonderful home for 7 days and really enjoyed our time there ! Very lovely and quite neighbors, the house had everything we needed as well. The pool does need some work and hopefully it gets done by next time we rent this house again !

We love this place!

The property was as advertised. Communication with the host was prompt and professional. The house was awesome. It was well equipped and the fun activities at the house were very nice. They thought of everything and provided all one needs to feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our fur babies had a blast too!

Family vacation in Davenport

The house is very nice, could of had more trash bags available and toilet paper. 2 cans outside the recycled can was already full and regular trash was more then half way full so after 1 day was already filled. Over all was a pleasant experience

We always remind our guests to place the trash cans outside so they can be picked up by the local trash company. As this house is a self-service property, we provide initial supplies of toilet paper, and guests are responsible for any additional needs. Would Not stay there again

Dishes were not clean in the cupboard, I washed by hand as we used them, pool was cold even though we paid to have it heated. We requested the outside gas fire pit, but there was no propane and the tubing was melted. They claimed we damaged the pull down shade on the door and charged us for it. It was already broken. I was not aware we needed to do a full inspection on the place to prove our case. Ther
