Phoenix Orange Beach II 402 is an exceptional 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for your dream vacation. Located on the 4th floor, this condo provides easy access from the 4th-floor parking garage, combining convenience with stunning views.

The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush King bed, direct balcony access, and a lavish Primary bath equipped with dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting with 2 Queen beds and a private bath, while the third bedroom, also with 2 Queen beds, provides access to the hall bath. All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment needs. Moreover, the unit can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, thanks to the additional sofa sleeper in the living room.

Step into the living room, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame gorgeous South views, creating a bright and airy ambiance. The kitchen is a chef's delight, fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We had a lovely stay. The condo was super clean and well maintained. The host provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. They even provided balloons for my daughter’s birthday. We highly recommend!

Great Experience!

Stayed here for a mother/daughter trip with some friends! Enjoyed the ease of check in & check out process, property was very clean and in a great location. Would certainly stay here again, highly recommend!

Fabulous stay

Exceeded expectations in every way. Worth every penny. Would stay here every time. Been coming to this area 25 years and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. Especially loved the convenience of parking in the deck on the same level as the condo.

Overall place was clean except for the floors and rugs. If you were barefoot your feet would be black from the dirty floors.Except for that, place was nice and weather was perfect!!!

Exceeded Expectations

We had one of our best beach vacations while staying here! The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. The parking being on the same level as the unit was very convenient. The property has everything you need then some. We stayed in October, so we didn’t have to worry about crowds, and the weather was perfect! We are already planning our next stay!

Terrific Beach Stay

This was a great condo! I would stay here again for sure. The unit had an ice maker which was very convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony was very large and accommodating. You are actually able to park on the same floor so you can just wheel your bags or groceries in with no elevator. The beach was just steps away and the pool and lazy river with slide was a hit with the kids. The only negative was I wish they had given more bath towels as we had to wash daily in order to have enough.

Security guards need to learn to talk to children

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint concerning the rooms is that they did not have queen beds. They were more like full size beds. The main complaint was the security guards around the pool. We complained to the front desk and to the host. Too much to go in to detail but because of this we will not be staying at this condo again. The security guards definitely need to learn the correct way to communicate.

Awesome Unit!

We had a spectacular time and everything was super easy and laid out for us. The place is super roomy and beds were comfortable. Yes, they could use a new sofa and chairs in the den… and new area rugs. But by no means are they horrible, just need attention in the near future. However, this is my one complaint. The cleaning girl showed up at 9:30 to start cleaning. She actually was using a code to get in. My husband met her at the door and let her know we would be out at 10:00 am. She waited outside the room with her cleaning supplies until we left at 9:59. So everytime we went in and out to load the car we saw her sitting there. That’s the gripe. But the unit is fantastic and would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Overall a really nice unit and a great property. Pros: Nice spacious unit. Directly overlooks pool and lazy river area. Convenient to walk directly from the parking garage to the unit. No need to use the elevator. Everyone really enjoyed the lazy river. Cons: minor details that can be easily corrected. Dirty dishes in cabinet. Maybe the last guest just put their dirty ones on the bottom of the stack in the cabinet. Dirty silverware in the drawer. Dried brown substance on several knives in the drawer. Teflon skillet shows use from previous guests using hard objects in it that damaged the finish. Master toilet is difficult to flush and requires significant force to operate the handle. Laundry closet door catch needs repair. Very minor but a lot of the doors squeak and could benefit from lubrication. One guest was cold and wanted additional bed linens. None were available on request. Wifi was slow, averaged 14 mbps when tested using ookla. Not fast enough to support my needs. Perhaps it forces you to unplug and relax. Your experience may vary. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Would just like to see the details addressed to be a five star location.
