Beautiful views, a private swimming pool (open from Easter - October), hot tub, billiards table, large collection of games, covered porches, a large outdoor park grill, and sundecks await your arrival. Flat-screen TVs w/DVD players in each bedroom. Blu-ray, DVR, and internet TV in the living room and primary bedrooms as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other Roku channels. Wireless high-speed internet access, unlimited domestic long-distance service provided by the owner. The kitchen is well equipped with wet bar, a double oven, food processor, wine fridge, Crock-Pot, Insta-Pot, and both a Keurig and 2 regular drip coffee makers.

This home is near an inlet and beachfront and distance to the beach and ocean are subject to change. Due to high tides and forces of nature, tidal pools may exist in natural settings on the island. Oceanfront properties in close proximity to an ocean inlet are subject to rapid and substantial changes in dune structure and distance to the beach strand.

The elevator is currently not operational, but is expected to be repaired by early July 2026.

In order to properly prepare your home, early check-ins/late check-outs are not available, so plan to check-in at 4:00 PM so as not to miss a minute of surf and sand!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
