Nestled in the friendly Swann Keys community, guests enjoy free access to the outdoor poolâperfect for cooling off after a day in the sun! With parking available for up to 5 vehicles, this comfortable home is ideal for your next vacation.
Step off the living room onto the cozy screened-in porch or the spacious patio, complete with extra seating and a gas grillâperfect for summer evenings filled with laughter and delicious meals. Thereâs also a private dock where you can fish, crab, or simply soak in the peaceful waterfront views.
Inside, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living room with a large screen TV, ideal for family movie nights. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up home-cooked meals, plus a slow-drip coffee maker for your morning brew. Gather around the dining table that seats four comfortably.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Primary Suite: Queen bed, sitting area, ceiling fan, TV, and private bath featuring a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shares a hallway full bath.
Bedroom 3: Pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), also shares the hallway full bath.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.

-The dock is available for guests to use! (Please note: the community boat ramp is for owners only.)
-Guests will receive a FOB at check-in for pool access. Lost FOBs incur a $50 replacement fee.

Fresh linens will be provided before your arrival, including sheets for all beds and a bath towel set for each guest.
