Spacious Poolside Home --- 5 min from manatee swimming hole

This family-friendly home is 1600 sq feet with a spacious ambiance and vaulted ceilings. Located in a country style neighborhood, yet close to shopping, restaurants and activities. It has a Modern kitchen with marble counter-tops and tile floors in an open layout which looks out into the Den. It is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc as well as a snack basket and coffee for you to enjoy. The bedrooms are carpeted for a softer relaxing environment. The private in-ground pool in the backyard is surrounded by a patio and fully screened in. It transitions from 3'to 5' at the deepest. The patio surrounding the pool has plenty of outdoor seating and barbecue space. Help yourself to the pool floaties!

Head to Blue Springs State Park to see the Manatees, swim when they're not there, and do some kayaking.

At Daytona you can visit the beach and boardwalk, take a tour of dolphin sightings, zipline, and mini-golf before getting a crab dinner.

Diving adventures can be found 15-30 minutes, north or south.

Great for family!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My boys and I stayed here to visit my daughter and my grandson. This house was cute and very family friendly! The pool was clean and warm, so the kids played in it all day! The owners were sweet and very accommodating.

Family time

We had an amazing time with family at your property. It was a nice and quiet location that was not far to Disney or Daytona. Plus I have family in Debary and DeLand. Which made this property an excellent stay for our family!

Loved the property. Beautifully maintained home in a good location. They were even kind night to leave some waters and welcome snacks which came in very handy. Would definitely stay with them again.

Relaxing, great home with a pool!

The pool was heated and clean. Nice patio area and we enjoyed swimming everyday. Comfortable furniture in the home with plenty of sleeping room available. Multiple TVs available. Fully stocked kitchen. Snacks and bottled water greeted us. Quiet residential area. Easy to get to stores, restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Orange city! We came for a soccer showcase in Sanford. It was close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle of the bigger city! Heater on pool a nice touch as was cooler when visiting. Daniel and Rosie were polite and easy to contact! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home for us to have a home away from home!

Wonderful home

We truly enjoyed our stay here on a recent trip to Orange City to visit some family. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was even stocked with snacks and extra coffee, plenty of extra towels for showers and use around the pool. Rose and Daniel were both wonderful and so easy to communicate with. I will definitely be staying again when we come down to visit.

Clean spacious home.

Clean spacious, great location close to family and shopping. Had everything we needed for family stay with teens. Comfy beds, towels, of bedding, and plenty of toilet paper and toiletries available. Will definitely stay again when visiting Orange City

As they said before, the property was not up to our standards in cleanliness overall upkeep and of course pest control was a big problem with roaches. Property definitely needs some TLC. If I would’ve had a back up plan, I would’ve asked for a full refund and gone somewhere else!

MY ENTIRE FAMILY Recommends this property ,the home has such a Welcoming homey vibe,the pool is Big it has A Screened enclosure so no pesky mosquitos to worry about it has a big grill for cooking all your meats and a top grill for all your Veggies. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more .Master bedroom is on one side and is a nice size and airy and the 2 other rooms are on the other side of the house all rooms are very spacious . The house is big enough that you are never on top of each other. The House is equipped with just about anything you could need.The owner thought about everything you just might need on your stay .Only thing we really needed to supply was our food and clothes.We will Definitely be renting this property Again for sure.

Hidden gem

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, it was nicely updated/maintained, it was clean. The pool was nice. The grill was a plus. The cooling system kept the house comfortable at all times (especially since it was 100 degrees outside). It was overall a good experience!

Quick Trip

We made a quick trip to Florida to see my step son perform at his band competition. The house has very cute layout and very comfortable. Nice area of town and super close to the Blue Spring State park where the Manatees come in during the colder months. We will definitely book again. Especially since it is only 10 minutes away from where my step son lives.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay was great. The home was lovely and specious and had a lot of extras. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals including various seasonings. The bathrooms were well equipped with all the things we would have had to run out and buy if we forgot it. The fridge had water bottles and even a few snacks were on the counter. The beds were comfy and the rooms had Lots of space to unpack. All the thoughtful extras made the trip stress free.

Great stay, great location

Home was exactly as described in listing. Manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was in a great location, convenient to many state parks, beaches and restaurants. It was in a great location for a central Florida vacation. It was close to Blue Springs, Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs at Kelly Park. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral National Seashore. We are a family of 8 including 3 teenagers and grandparents. The home was a great layout to accommodate all of us.

Loved the pool! Spacious home.

Daniel and Rose are wonderful hosts. My time was cut short due to weather so I was bummed to have to leave early. I will definitely rent again when returning to the area. The house is spacious and the art is pretty cool! The pool is private too! Slept like a rock also. Close to everything without being in the hustle of it all. Also if you get to go see the manatees I highly recommend. Thanks so much!
