Luxury & charming cabinđĄ on seasonal â°ïž stream in beautiful forest settingđł
This wooden cabin has a vaulted wooden ceiling and bamboo floors. Camp Creek flows past the deck to the Siuslaw River. Beautiful tranquil forest vistas are there to inspire you to write your novel. Inside amenities are brand new, including Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, wall-mounted swivel TV, and a ductless heat pump. A spacious bathroom has a glass shower, toilet, and vanity basin with large mirrors. There is a beautiful cedar deck with a gas BBQ, railing, and two gates. The gates open onto the lawn and to Camp Creek where you can select your own pebbles for rock painting on the deck or inside the cabin while relaxing with coffee, tea, beer or wine.
My wife and I wanted to get away from it all and celebrate her 50th. This place did not disappoint. Cozy and quiet, except for a stream that was ran about 15 feet from the back deck. Thereâs a big field that the dogs loved. Probably some areas to hike, but honestly, we just didnât want to leave the cabin.
The cabin was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The perfect combination for our romantic getaway. It rained a bit during our stay, but we didn't mind & took in the views of the wonderful mossy lush forest in the surrounding area. The wine & snacks left for us by the host were delicious & much appreciated. We enjoyed time watching a couple of our favorite shows on the smart TV without any difficulties. & took a drive to see the dunes on the coast, south of Florence, and enjoyed some fish & chips at Mo's while in town along the river.
This cabin was quaint, and cozy. It had every amenity to make our 50th Anniversary stay perfect. We only left the cabin once to drive into Florence, OR, because everything we needed to escape the hustle and bustle of the world for a week was included in this rental. The setting was perfect and private, and the rushing creek just feet behind the cabin deck was wonderful to lull you to sleep at night. The kitchen was well equipped with every pan and utensil needed. There was a complete compliment of spices and plenty of towels and dishwashing supplies. There is a washer and dryer in the cabin and full size refer/freezer, which was perfectly cleaned for use. The flat top stove and oven worked perfectly as did the dishwasher. The wifi worked perfectly and was more than adequate to stream shows on the flat screen equipped with a fire stick. We had access to every major streaming service and we watched a lot of movies on the comfy loveseat couch. The bathroom was large and very well equipped. Check in and check out were painless due to the communication from the owners prior to our arrival. Bottom line- we could have come with just the clothes on our backs and the food we needed for the week, and the cabin would have had everything else we needed to be very comfortable. We will return.
Just wonderful to be tucked back into lush forest, complete with a babbling brook behind the deck! The hosts get an A++ from this teacher đ & Iâm sure I will be making a return visit!
If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Everything at the cabin was great. The only downfall is the location. Most of the infrastructure is 20-30 minutes away, so make sure that you have your gas tank filled and all of the food that you need when you get to the cabin. We mostly spent the days away hitting the coast, so we only had to make the trip once per day, but one time we came home on Sunday evening and couldn't find an open restaurant nearby, so had to drive back to Florence and were able to find a few options still open.
This is the nicest VRBO that we have stayed in. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of supplies; cooking oil, coffee & sugar 40+ different spices, nice cooking pans & utensils not to mention bath supplies. They have rock painting stuff, paper, colored pencils ect so get creative. Lots of books & movies. There is a deck next to a creek. I can't say enough good things about it.
It was absolutely wonderful. The first thing I noticed was how CLEAN the cottage was! Everything was well thought out and homey. Comfortable and inviting, it was so easy to relax there. The sound of the creek behind us was heaven. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Zero complaints. Canât wait to book another stay here soon!
This cabin in the woods was stocked with everything you would want or need. Recommend stay should be at least 2 nights , I wish we had booked 3 or more nights. I will next time.
This property was clean. It was charming and homey! Clear communication with owners. Lots of personal touches. We appreciated the welcoming gift of snacks and beverages as well as shampoo and even laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. Pamphlets of local sites and an adorable guest book were also adorable touches. We didnât paint a rock but loved looking at the painted rocks there! Will definitely recommend!
This is an amazing cabin with wonderful hosts! The cabin is immaculate and fully equipped with appliances, and even includes amazing touches such as rock painting, a delightful back deck, and even thoughtful snacks upon our arrival. We felt very welcome and cozy. I certainly hope we have the opportunity to come back; I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We enjoyed the property and the cabin immensly!... i accidentally left a bamboo cutting board in the kitchen, if there is any way it can be returned the next time you are in florence i would greatly appreciate itđ
This vacation cabin was much better than we expected. It was very clean and modern, with many extras, that we usually have not seen in other rentals that we have stayed in. These small extras helped make our vacation stay a lot more fun and comfortable. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and this was one of the things we was looking for!
We have stayed in VRBOs all over the country. This was one of our all time favorites. Slice of heaven. Five star coziness. Serene. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked with every amenity for weary travelers. The scenery in the backyard is stunningly cinematic.
Thanks you so much for the snacks. The cabin was delightful and charming. Sitting on the back porch and listening to the babbling Brook that runs along the property and taking in the surroundings was an absolute highlight. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I would totally book with you guys again.
This is the perfect place for a quiet romantic getaway. The cabin is cozy, clean, inviting, comfortable, and the twinkle lights and wine were lovely. We hiked, beach combed, read, wrote, napped, had some delicious seafood, and met some seriously cool people. We could hear the creek behind the cabin all night and it was so dark we could see tons of stars. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. We hope to stay with you again.
