Our room was fine and in a great location but upon our arrival we were unable to access our room through the main entrance due to construction. we called great western and the person on the phone was not helpful and in fact told us there was ofte n poor communication between owners and great western. we finally found access in the rear of the building and had to bring out luggage up stairs. two days later our entrance code quit working and we were locked out of the building and our room. we called great western and again the people on the phone were not helpful - telling us they were unsure when we would get help or if there were maintenance people on call. maintenance did resolve our problem and were very nice and helpful. the biggest issue is that the people answering the phone are uninformed and add rather than reduce frustration. great western did refund a portion of our fees.
