The house was built in 2022 and has been furnished in a laidback Coastal style that doesn’t compromise on comfort. With beach, bay, golf, outdoor concerts, excellent dining and nightlife just minutes away, you’ll never run out of things to do. When you’re not out exploring, enjoy a drink on the screened porch overlooking the pond, play chef in the fully equipped kitchen or the charcoal grill in the backyard, lounge in the airy two-story family room, or make laps in the community pool.
The space
This townhome features a first floor master suite with a beautiful spacious shower and an extra large walk-in closet. We obsessed over decor and mixed in some unique vintage pieces while maintaining laidback modern style. The house is not just pretty, it also has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. We know it because we stay there ourselves. You will sleep great on the comfy mattresses. You’ll enjoy sipping coffee (choose between Nespresso, cold press or Bialetti stovetop espresso maker) on the porch watching egrets in the pond. Plenty of seating is available at the kitchen island and peninsula if you don’t feel like setting a table. Island is also a great place to gather around over some wine and charcuterie. The garage has a utility sink, if anyone in your party is into fishing and/or crabbing. In addition to the screened porch, there is a concrete patio in the back that has a Weber charcoal grill and a dining table with benches - perfect place to consume that fresh catch while basking in the late afternoon sun (sun umbrella provided).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of one room and a storage closet on the second floor.
