Gorgeous lake home with beachside cabana
Lake living at it's finest, with spacious & light open floor plan, specifically designed to entertain and have fun! Decorated to a high standard throughout.
The home is located on West Lake Jefferson, which offers 5 wonderful bays to explore. Great for fishing, boating, waterskiing and fun! Our watercraft are not included (except for the paddleboard, kayak, and ïżŒcanoe) but there is space for you to bring your own watercraft.
Close proximity to Mankato, St. Peter and Gustavus. Perfect for reunions, fun, family and friends!
The space
Main Floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed and TV in the room. Bedroom/office has a pullout sleeper sofa. Full size bathroom. Family room with TV and fireplace, kitchen (fully equipped for your stay with an additional full-size refrigerator on the lower level), dining room and sunroom. Deck and grilling area right outside of the sunroom, overlooking the lake.
Lower Level:
King size bedroom, queen size bedroom and bathroom with laundry facilities. Extremely comfortable family room with TV and fireplace. Full-size bar and dining area make this lower level perfect for gatherings.
All the linen and toweling are provided for your stay.
The home is located on West Lake Jefferson, which offers five wonderful bays to explore. Great for fishing, boating, waterskiing and fun! Our watercraft are not included (except for the paddleboard, kayak, and ïżŒcanoe) but there is space for you to bring your own watercraft.
Beachside Cabana:
Located at the foot of the lake, our cabana boasts a full deck with three separate dining areas and barstools. Cabana contains bar area with stereo, TV and full-size refrigerator. Perfect for a full day on the lake!
The home is really for you to use as if it is your home! :-) And we really want for you to enjoy it. The only thing we do ask is that no large quantities of people, no parties or very loud noise. This is just in respect of the lovely nice neighbors.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, cabana and beach.
