You'll have the entire peaceful home to yourself, including 3 fresh bedrooms and a cozy basement media room. There’s a spacious front porch with seating, a private side patio area and a fenced in backyard. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. We hope you feel at home here and love this place as much as we do.
There is a strict no pet and no smoking policy at this property! If we find that you are in violation of either of these rules you may be asked to leave or will be charged additional cleaning fees up to $1000.00.

I loved the property and the proximity to KW. It was wonderful being close to campus to spend time with my son. Everything about this house was perfect!

Nice home to relax in especially when you have two little children.

The pictures online accurately reflected the actual house upon arrival. This was refreshing to see that the house was as shown in the pictures.

Perfect house for small family!

We were in Salina for state basketball and picked out at finding this place last minute. So much cozier than staying in a hotel! Great location and the whole process was super smooth! We would stay here again and recommend it 100% :)

Great for family great together

We had an after Christmas get together merging family members together from three different cities. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen well equipped. We appreciated the pack in play and being able to seat 8 around the table. It fix our needs perfectly.

Thanksgiving

The house was just as it was listed. The kitchen was well equipped. We made Thanksgiving dinner & didn’t have to bring lots of extra equipment. Thank you. The half bath was small but functional. It was all very homey.

Exceeded expectations

Lovely home with an additional getaway space in the surprise basement. Very clean and great water pressure. Easy instructions to wrap up our stay. I'd definitely stay again.

Cozy Stay

The host is exceptional. She allowed us to drop off our luggage early. The home was clean and tidy. It fit our needs to a tee. We recommend this host and this property. Both on street and off street parking, quiet neighborhood and within a very short drive to restaurants and local attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Centrally located and adorable!

We were visiting family, and the house couldn’t have been more perfect. The common rooms are incredibly spacious, so we had plenty of room for family to visit. The host was very communicative, and checking in was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Decor - Simple Stay

This house is decorated so peacefully! We enjoyed a quiet weekend while in town running a half marathon. While the location is great to be close to the college, the neighborhood or backyard is not super well kept. We would stay again!

Family Time

This house was the perfect location for us and offered all the great amenities for our family. My adult kids and grandchild stayed here when in town for a memorial service. Being just a few blocks from KWU and UUMC and Bogeys made it the perfect location for us. House was very clean, fast internet, safe neighborhood, really cute furnishings and a garage. That came in really handy for my son to park his SUV when we had a one of those famous summer thunderstorms. Definitely would use this property again!

The property was immaculate. We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for our family of six. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the media room. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Wedding weekend

It was simply fabulous!! Just what is pictured!! I can not express enough how wonderful this house is! It is picture perfect! Worth your drive and stay. Highly recommend. Manager is absolutely wonderful to work with house is so clean very welcoming and organized perfect for a family or just a little one on one time.
