Thank you for viewing our listing. This is our newest property and we would love to have you as guests! We enjoy offering travelers in the area a relaxing and pleasant place to spend their time away from home. This home features two newly remodeled bathrooms as well as a brand new kitchen! Two bedrooms both with queen beds. Basement futon plus another sleeper chair. 50 inch Smart TV in both upstairs & downstairs living spaces. Outside relax in the pool, hot tub, or around the fire pit.

This home has been recently remodeled. Main Floor offers a living space with a couch and an oversized chair. 50 inch smart TV . WIFI available for guests. Two main floor bedrooms with queen beds. Remodeled main floor bathroom with a tub. Enjoy the brand new kitchen! Kitchen stocked with essentials, including plastic dishes that can be taken outside and basic spices. Small electric appliances include coffee maker (pot and single serve pods), small blender, toaster, griddle, hand mixer, air fryer. Dining seating includes 2 chairs under a small table. Downstairs you will find an open living space. Bar Table to play games (board games and cards provided) or just enjoy drinks with friends. Wine Fridge to keep drinks cold while you hangout. A futon plus an oversized sleeper chair to lounge while you watch the 55 inch smart TV. Beautiful bathroom with laundry in the basement as well! Out back you will find your own private paradise to escape to! In-ground pool with diving board, layout chairs, & hanging hammock chairs all for outdoor enjoyment. Gather around the fire pit or outside dining table and make lasting memories. Finish your evening off in the cozy hot tub located under the covered portion of the patio. Your own backyard oasis! **The Pool is Closed Between October and May**

Relaxing oasis

My husband, son, brother, and sister-in-law stayed for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. This place was super clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind after visiting family. Barbara was extremely kind and responded quickly to all our questions. We will be staying here again for the next family get together.

Kkoa dream property

We cone to town every July. Went in with friends for thus instead of a hotel. Private pool, quiet and clean. Great property. Small but perfect for us. Will be back next year. Already booked!

A quiet getaway

This is our second time at this property. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place for a family to recharge after a busy day. It's also a perfect place to have a quick anniversary getaway! My husband and I enjoy relaxing in the pool. We love this house!

Very cute comfortable clean house

We rented the house for family day at KWU and had a great enjoyable stay! The house was very clean and the location was great! The hot tub and pool amenities were a huge plus! We will be renting again!

Staycation

We were elated to surprise our boys with a late summer staycation the first week after school. What a treat to enjoy the last days of summer with our own backyard pool. Communication was easy and host was kind and accommodating. Central location with easy navigation to everything you need in the community.

RELAXING!

We picked this property because it has a pool. It was amazing. My hubby is 77 and being able to walk down the steps onto the water was ideal. There is a great socializing area beyond the pool with comfortable seating, bar height area to eat, and gas fire pit. This was the first VRBO home stayed at that didn’t require 30 + minutes of cleaning before we used the gas grill! The beds are very comfortable and there are large soft throws to snuggle under when watching TV. Be careful going downstairs, the steps are steep and narrow. I appreciated the good water pressure in the shower to rinse the shampoo out. The kitchen has all your need to fix meals. It is exactly like the photos, the shades of grays throughout is pretty and calming. We enjoyed eating out at several restaurants. If you are looking for women’s clothes or home decor check out the Market Shop downtown. I purchased some tops & pants and they gave me the Julia Roberts Pretty Woman experience minus the drinks & food. The host is great and we hope to stay again next summer to celebrate out 35th wedding anniversary!!

Lovely

This was a fantastic location for our annual girls weekend get away! The pool was as promised and delivered in every way. We spent many enjoyable hours floating, relaxing, and catching-up. Even when we weren't in the pool, the whole outdoor space was a lovely place to chat, play some games, and hang out. The host was great to work with. After we checked in everything went so smoothly and we had no problems during our stay, so we never even had to contact her after we arrived. There is a notebook with very clear instructions and rules for the pool area and using the hot tub, as well as a check list of items to do before checking out. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we appreciated that cabinets were clearly labeled so items were easy to find.

My friends and I had a very relaxing experience. The pool is wonderful, sparkling and beautiful. The beds were great, and it was located where we could get around quite easily. Would love to stay there again.

Small touches make the BIGGEST difference

My sisters and I have traveled around the state at various BNB’s both near and far and this house in Salina was more than we expected! Barbara so thoughtfully had everything we needed and more! From flour in the lazy susan, to extra pool towels, snacks, coffee, and soft halloween blankets, (cuz it’s October!) her home made our latest trip one of our best! Love is in the details and there was so much love in this house!
