Pelican Walk 501 is a Family Friendly Beach Front 3 Bed - 2 Bath Condo and is the PERFECT place to enjoy a family beach vacation! Completely remodeled with NEW kitchen, NEW bathrooms with custom tile showers, NEW appliances, NEW flooring, and all new décor! The oversized wrap-around balcony offers an amazing view that overlooks the East side pool and blue green water of the Gulf! As a THANK YOU for booking 501, guests receive FREE beach chair & umbrella service March through October!

There is plenty of space in this 1550 square foot condo to make amazing Family BEACH Vacation memories. Pelican Walk 501 is an end unit condo with a Gulf front wraparound balcony off of the living & dining room and a private balcony off the master bedroom. The kitchen is state of the art and well equipped to cook family meals with a full size washer & dryer and pantry.

Pelican Walk 501 sleeps 8 guests in beds! There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a private balcony and view of the ocean. Bedroom #2 has a king bed and Bedroom #3 has two queen beds. There are two bathrooms that are both beautifully renovated with custom tile showers and granite vanities. Bathrooms adjoin the primary bedroom and Bedroom #3.

Pelican Walk is located on the East end of PCB on Thomas Drive. When you want to get out and about, you are within 2 miles of Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop, Schooner's, Captain Anderson’s, and St. Andrew’s State Park. Pelican Walk amenities include FREE parking, FREE WIFI, two gulf front pools (one heated seasonally October through April), tennis, pickleball, racquetball, hot tub, two grill areas, and more!

Pelican Walk is also close to family entertainment, shopping, pontoon & jet ski rentals, golf & mini-golf, and fishing.

Are you coming to play baseball or softball in Panama City Beach? Pelican Walk is just a short, 4.7 mile drive to Publix Sports Park. Everything you need is with in a 5 mile radius, leaving you plenty of time for some FUN in the SUN!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!

A beautiful clean condo with a wonderful location and stunning views! The beach chairs are SUCH a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here if we came back to PCB

Great week!

Beautiful condo! Plenty of room, amazing view. Loved that. They were plenty of bath towels provided. Only complaint is that I got no communication regarding address or condo number or how to get in. I looked through my emails to see if I missed anything and I hadn’t. Contacted Verbo and had to do a chat, which went well. They provided me the phone number of pelican walk, the complex the condo is in. I called and they gave me address, condo number, and code to get in. would’ve just been nice to have a detailed email with instructions location, etc. sent to me ahead of time. Would’ve saved some headache. Highly recommend to others that they contact condo company at least a week before travel to get this info.

We sent you a reservation confirmation email that included check-in information and instructions along with the address to Pelican Walk on 3/27/23 at 9:00am. Another email was sent 24 hours before arrival, again with Check-in instructions and the address. Possibly, they went to your junk or spam folder, as the instructions were sent as an attachment.

Answered all questions and promptly came up to condo when we had a question about the dishwasher. Definitely on the quieter side of PCB. Grocery shopping nearby. View from balcony is somewhat limited as it is an end unit that is set back from units in the middle of the building, obstructing views to the west. Otherwise the only bad thing was the crummy weather for the entire week! Maybe next year will be better...
